Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z szafy, lawy, stolu, przeznaczony do wyposazenia wnetrz o wystroju historycznym, historyzujacym i wspólczesnym. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wzoru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów oraz uklad i grubosc. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, na których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – przedstawia szafe w widoku z przodu. Fig. 1a – przedstawia szafe w widoku z tylu. Fig. 1b – przedstawia szafe w widoku z boku. Fig. 2 – przedstawia lawe w widoku z przodu. Fig. 2a – przedstawia lawe w widoku z góry. Fig. 2b – przedstawia lawe w widoku z boku. Fig. 3 – przedstawia stól w widoku z przodu. Fig. 3a – przedstawia stól w widoku z góry. Fig. 3b – przedstawia stól w widoku z boku. Zestaw mebli posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego gdzie: ? szafa w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu osadzonego na czterech nogach jako przedluzenie boków, górna czesc frontu posiada trzy szafki a dolna czesc frontu posiada dwie szafki zamkniete drzwiami osadzonymi na duzych, zawiasach pasowych. Drzwiczki szafek posiadaja zaglebienia. Na górze szafy znajduja sie wyoblenia. Szafa w widoku z przodu, tylu i boku posiada symetryczne zaglebienie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, ? lawa w widoku z przodu posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu, który w górnej czesci posiada wyoblenia, a w naroznikach i czesci srodkowej posiada osadzony na czterech nogach polaczonych belka w parach równolegle wzdluz krótszego boku; w czesci srodkowej pary nóg polaczone sa belka równolegle wzdluz dluzszego boku. Lawa w widoku z góry posiada symetryczne zaglebienie, jak przedstawiono na Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, ? stól w widoku z boku posiada blat w ksztalcie prostokata z wyobleniami, osadzony na czterech nogach polaczonych belka w parach równolegle wzdluz krótszego boku; w czesci srodkowej pary nóg polaczone sa belka równolegle wzdluz dluzszego boku. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individually characterful form of the design, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, shapes, as well as the arrangement and thickness. The subject of the industrial design is presented in illustrations, in which the individual figures show: Fig. 1 – shows the cabinet in a front view. Fig. 1a – shows the cabinet in a back view. Fig. 1b – shows the cabinet in a side view. Fig. 2 – shows the coffee table in a front view. Fig. 2a – shows the coffee table in a top view. Fig. 2b – shows the coffee table in a side view. Fig. 3 – shows the table in a front view. Fig. 3a – shows the table in a top view. Fig. 3b – shows the table in a side view. The furniture set possesses essential features of an industrial design, where: ? the wardrobe, viewed from the front, has a cuboid shape set on four legs as an extension of the sides, the upper part of the front has three cabinets, and the lower part of the front has two cabinets closed with doors mounted on large strap hinges. The cabinet doors have recesses. The top of the wardrobe has curves. The wardrobe, viewed from the front, back, and side, has a symmetrical recess, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b, ? the coffee table, viewed from the front, has a cuboid shape, with curves in the upper part and four legs in the corners and middle section, connected by a beam in pairs parallel along the shorter side; in the middle section, pairs of legs are connected by a beam in parallel along the longer side. The table in a top view has a symmetrical recess, as shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 2a, Fig. 2b, - the table in a side view has a rectangular top with rounded edges, set on four legs connected by a beam in pairs parallel along the shorter side; in the middle part, the pair of legs are connected by a beam parallel along the longer side.
