Description
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób wyciskania wewnętrznych stopni wałów drążonych. The subject of the invention is a method for extruding the inner steps of a hollow shaft.
W ostatnich latach opracowano szereg sposobów kształtowania wyrobów drążonych w oparciu o metodę walcowania poprzeczno-klinowego oraz walcowania klinowo-rolkowego, przedstawionych w pracy: „Podstawy teoretyczne i badania eksperymentalne procesu walcowania klinoworolkowego” autorstwa Pater Z., Poznań 2007. So far, a number of methods for the production of axisymmetric stepped, solid and hollow forgings are known and used, which are used as blanks of stepped rollers, stepped sleeves and others. The most common methods include: die forging on presses and hammers, drawing, forging and punching, forging on swaging machines, rotary forging, high-pressure internal forming, cold extrusion, cold extrusion with deep drilling and cross-wedge rolling. These processes are described in detail in the literature by Bartnicki J., Pater Z .: "Cross-wedge rolling of hollow products" Wydawnictwo Politechniki Lubelskiej, Lublin 2005. According to the authors, the greatest accuracy of products is obtained in drawing processes, but with limitations in the use of this technology in production of hollow products, there are little possibilities in terms of the obtained shapes of elements. The forging technology is applicable only to the shaping of shafts of large dimensions and masses. Piercing, on the other hand, is used for the production of thick-walled and short sleeves. Forging processes on swaging machines allow the diameter of bars and pipes to be reduced. Elements shaped in this way are characterized by high accuracy, and when forged on a mandrel, they can have very precise cylindrical and conical holes. Another method of manufacturing hollow products, described in the doctoral dissertation: "Process of shaping pipe elements by liquid pressure" by Stadnik R., Kraków 2008, is the process of hydrostatic extrusion, which allows for the formation of products with a complex geometry. In this method, the product is shaped under the influence of the high pressure generated inside the element. Cold extrusion processes, which arise as a result of extrusion through a die hole on a mandrel, have also found wide application in the industry for the production of hollow products. In recent years, a number of methods of shaping hollow products have been developed based on the cross-wedge and wedge-roll rolling methods, presented in the work: "Theoretical basis and experimental studies of the wedge-roll rolling process" by Pater Z., Poznań 2007. wedge and wedge-roll rolling, at least one of the shaping tools is a flat wedge or a wound on a cylinder, which by pressing into the charge reduces its diameter, displacing a certain volume of metal to the sides. As a result, the product becomes elongated during shaping and the wall thickness in the area of the shaped narrowing is reduced. This leads to a weakening of the product in the place of the rolled step and forces the use of thick-walled charges that can only be hot formed. In addition, this method requires the use of complex wedge tools with large dimensions, which leads to high implementation costs of the cross-wedge rolling technology.
From the Polish patent application number P.392275, a method of rotary crimping of hollow products is known, which consists in shaping a blank in the shape of a sleeve or a pipe section between three rotating tools. One of the tools or all the tools additionally move towards the axis of the blank, setting it into rotation and reducing the successive steps of the forging of the shaped multi-stage shaft. A characteristic feature of the process is the mapping of the outline of the tools on the outer surface of the forging, as a result of which the cross-section is reduced and the wall thickness of the product increases.
From the Polish patent application number P.393242, a method of shaping hollow products by the rotary pushing method is known, which consists in shaping axially symmetrical hollow forgings from a blank in the shape of a pipe. In the pushing process described in the application, the blank is placed in a rotating head and then moved towards three rotating tools, which are arranged around the axis of the charge every 120 °. As a result of the impact of the tools, the diameter of the extreme charge spigot is reduced and a stepped hollow forging is obtained.
Półfabrykat w kształcie odcinkaThe essence of the method of extruding the internal steps of the hollow shafts is that the blank in the shape of a pipe section is placed coaxially in the matrix in the shape of an internally stepped sleeve, then the punch is coaxially placed to the blank, and then the sleeve is coaxial to the punch at a distance ranging from half the thickness pipe walls to three times the value of the outer diameter of the pipe from the face of the die, then the punch is set in a translational motion at a speed in the range of 0.001 m / s to 100 m / s and the blank is compressed and the blank material is squeezed radially, then set in translational motion the sleeve at a speed ranging from 0.001 m / s to 100 m / s in the opposite direction to the punch speed and the length of the hollow shaft step increases and the hollow shaft is formed with the step. Segment-shaped blank
The pipes are coaxially inserted into a die which has a circular or non-circular cross-section and a hollow shaft step is formed with a circular or non-circular cross section whose cross-sectional area is constant over the entire length of the hollow shaft step. The semi-finished product in the shape of a pipe section is placed coaxially in a die, the cross-sectional area of which varies along the length of the hollow shaft step and a step with a circular or non-circular cross-sectional hollow shaft is formed, the cross-sectional area of which varies along the length of the hollow shaft step. At the same time, the punch and the sleeve are set in counter-rotating movement and the step of the hollow shaft is formed. The punch is set in translation and the blank is compressed, the blank material is pressed out radially and the hollow shaft step is formed, as a result of which the sleeve is moved in translation against the direction of the punch.
Sp osób pozwala kształtować stopnie o dużej wysokości, mierzonej w kierunku równoległym do osi rury. The advantageous effect of the invention is that it allows the plastic shaping of the steps of the hollow shafts while minimizing the machining allowances, which increases the material utilization. Due to the plastic shaping of the shaft, the obtained product remains a monolith. The need to connect elements by, for example, welding, fusing or soldering is eliminated. A product with plastically shaped steps is characterized by a continuous arrangement of fibers in the material, thanks to which improved strength properties of the product are obtained. The manufacture of the steps according to the invention allows the outer diameter to be kept constant over the entire length of the pipe. The number of people allows to shape steps of great height, measured in a direction parallel to the axis of the pipe.
