Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu przez ksztalt, uklad linii, kontury i strukture powierzchni, co nadaje mu nowy oryginalny wyglad, oraz podnosi jego walory estetyczne. The essence of the industrial design is the new and individually characterful form of the product, given to it by the shape, arrangement of lines, contours, and surface structure, which gives it a new, original appearance and enhances its aesthetic value. The subject of the industrial design is shown in illustrative material in the form of photographs, in which Fig. 1 presents a photograph of the chair in a perspective view from the front, Fig. 2 presents a photograph of the chair in a perspective view from the right front, Fig. 3 presents a photograph of the chair in a rear view, and Fig. 4 presents a photograph of the chair handle in a perspective view from the upper front. The chair shown in the above illustrative material comprises the legs, seat, and backrest. The chair's structure is a wooden frame. Four rectangular legs have a truncated pyramidal shape that tapers downward. In the front view, they are parallel to each other, while in the side view, the rear legs angle backward from the bottom. The seat, in the shape of a flat cuboid connecting the legs at the top, has a cushion covered with upholstery fabric. The backrest, seen from the front or back, is rectangular with the longer side vertical. In the side view, the lower section of the backrest is slightly angled backward, increasing in the upper section, approximately adapting the shape of the backrest to the shape of the back of the person sitting in the chair. The backrest has a cushion thinner than the seat cushion, covered with the same upholstery fabric as the seat cushion. In the upper section, the backrest contains a flat wooden handle built across the entire width of the backrest, with an elongated opening measuring more than half the width of the backrest. The chair's distinctive industrial design features distinct legs, seat, and backrest, with a wooden frame. It is distinguished by its rectangular, pyramid-shaped legs that taper downward. In a front view, the legs are parallel to each other, while in a side view, the rear legs angle backward from the bottom. The seat, in the shape of a flat rectangular block connecting the legs at the top, has a cushion covered with upholstery fabric. The backrest, seen from the front or back, is rectangular in shape with the longer side vertical. In a side view, the lower section of the backrest is slightly tilted backward, increasing in the upper section. The backrest has a cushion thinner than the seat cushion, covered with the same upholstery fabric as the seat cushion.
