Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie linii, które nadaja elementowi profilowemu swoisty i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia element profilowy w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 - element profilowy w widoku z boku. Element profilowy wedlug wzoru zdobniczego ma postac wydluzonej, monolitycznej ksztaltki w widoku z przodu o ksztalcie równoramiennego trapezu, w widoku z boku przypomina siedzisko z pochylym oparciem. Z poziomej czesci srodkowej wystaje, pochylony do niej pod katem wiekszym niz 90 , krótki prostokatny element, równolegly do czesci górnej, wielokrotnie dluzszej. W koncowym fragmencie górnej czesciumiejscowiony jest katownik zwrócony wolnym ramieniem w kierunku prostokatnego elementu wystajacego z czesci srodkowej. Dolna czesc elementu profilowego, prostopadla do nieco krótszej czesci srodkowej, skierowana jest pionowo w dól. Znajduja sie na niej symetrycznie rozmieszczone przelotowe otwory. The subject of the ornamental design is a profile element used in the construction of ventilation grilles and air diffusers. The essence of the design is a new form of the object, manifested in the shape and arrangement of lines that give the profile element a unique and original appearance. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the profile element from the front, and Fig. 2 - the profile element from the side. According to the ornamental design, the profile element has the form of an elongated, monolithic shape in the front view, in the shape of an isosceles trapezoid, and in the side view it resembles a seat with a sloped backrest. From the horizontal central part, a short rectangular element protrudes, inclined to it at an angle greater than 90°, parallel to the upper part, which is many times longer. The end section of the upper part features a bracket with its free arm facing a rectangular element protruding from the central section. The lower section of the profile, perpendicular to the slightly shorter central section, points vertically downward. It features symmetrically arranged through holes.
