Abstract
Wynalazek rozwiązuje sposób recyklingu włókna szklanego z kompozytów polimerowo-szklanych, w szczególności będących produktami odpadowymi. Sposób polega na tym, że rozdrobniony kompozyt polimerowo- szklany podgrzewa się w warunkach beztlenowych, korzystnie w atmosferze azotu, do temperatury 400 do 600°C w reaktorze mikrofalowym z kontrolą temperatury, do momentu ustabilizowania się temperatury, następnie wsad przetrzymuje się w ustabilizowanej temperaturze do chwili, gdy temperatura zaczyna się samoistnie obniżać, po czym ewentualnie otrzymany wsad rozdrabnia się i następnie odgazowuje w znany sposób w temperaturze 250 do 300°C przez 30 do 120 minut.

- Zastrzeżenie patentowe1. Sposób recyklingu włókna szklanego z kompozytów polimerowo-szklanych, w szczególności będących produktami odpadowymi, w procesie podgrzewania włókna do temperatury do 400 do 600°C w warunkach beztlenowych, znamienny tym, że rozdrobniony kompozyt polimerowo-szklany, w którym polimerem jest żywica poliestrowa i/lub epoksydowa, w znany sposób podgrzewa się w warunkach beztlenowych, korzystnie w atmosferze azotu, do temperatury od 400 do 600°C, korzystnie 440 do 500°C w reaktorze mikrofalowym z kontrolą temperatury, po czym po ustabilizowaniu się temperatury wsad przetrzymuje się w ustabilizowanej temperaturze, co najmniej przez 90 minut, do chwili gdy temperatura zaczyna się samoistnie obniżać, po czym ewentualnie otrzymany wsad w postaci włókna szklanego zmodyfikowanego na powierzchni depozytem węglowym rozdrabnia się i następnie odgazowuje w znany sposób w temperaturze do 250°C przez co najmniej 30 minut.
