PL 23122 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest fundament prefabrykowany do mocowania elementów naziemnych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest przestrzenne uksztaltowanie fundamentu prefabrykowanego z róznymi uksztaltowaniami podstawy i trzonu. Rozwiazanie pozwala na uzyskanie walorów funkcjonalnych jak i zdobniczych odpowiadajacych wymogom wzornictwa przemyslowego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 – przedstawia widok z przodu fundamentu z podstawa w ksztalcie splaszczonego ostroslupa i walcowym wydluzonym trzonem, fig. 2 – przedstawia widok z przodu fundamentu z podstawa w ksztalcie splaszczonego ostroslupa i wydluzonym trzonem w ksztalcie scietego stozka. The essence of the industrial design is the spatial configuration of the prefabricated foundation with various base and shaft configurations. This solution allows for achieving both functional and decorative values that meet the requirements of industrial design. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows a front view of the foundation with a flattened pyramid-shaped base and an elongated cylindrical shaft; Fig. 2 shows a front view of the foundation with a flattened pyramid-shaped base and an elongated truncated cone-shaped shaft. The prefabricated foundation for fastening ground elements according to the industrial design has the essential features of an industrial design, it is characterized by the fact that it consists of a monolithically shaped reinforced horizontal base (1) together with a reinforced vertical shaft (2).
