Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób otrzymywania kompozytu na bazie granulatów gumowych o założonej sztywności, przeznaczonego szczególnie do wibroizolacji dróg szynowych i kołowych. The subject of the invention is a method of obtaining a composite based on rubber granules with assumed stiffness, intended especially for vibration isolation of rail and road roads.

The progress of civilization in the last few decades, on the one hand, brings mankind innovative solutions without which it is difficult to function today, and on the other hand, it causes the intensification of phenomena that pose a threat to human health and life.

An outstanding share in this threat is played by the intensively developing rail (rail, tram) and car transport. It carries a continuous development of the rail and road network, which more and more often causes protests from people exposed to the harmful effects of noise vibrations in traffic structures.

Rail (railway, tram) and road transport, being a source of vibrations and noise, has a negative impact on the human environment. Noise and vibrations are a problem of common social scope and occur in all areas of human activity, affect all citizens, adversely affect health, hinder rest and recuperation, reducing the effects of their work and increasing the likelihood of accidents. Inhabitants of large urban agglomerations are particularly exposed to vibrations.

Transport is inevitably accompanied by dynamic impact on the environment causing mechanical vibrations of foundations, subsoil and engineering structures, hence the need to minimize their harmful effects is understandable and has been widely included in engineering solutions in recent years.

Reducing the impact of transport as a source of vibrations and noise can be achieved by changing the structure of vehicles (minimizing play, improving the balance of rotating elements, eliminating mutual impacts of cooperating elements) or by introducing vibration reduction systems (vibration dampers, vibration isolators). You can also apply vibration damping by way of propagation, which is achieved, among others, by introducing expansion joints between the track or road and the surroundings.

For this purpose, vibro-isolating materials in various forms and technologies are used, such as anti-vibration mats made of rubber or rubber granules and thermoelastoplastics (polyurethane), rubber and thermoplastic washers, rubber liners.

In order to lower the price of materials, cheaper raw materials from material recycling are often used, e.g. granules from car tires, conveyor belts. These are materials made of high-quality raw materials, used up as a product, but practically retaining the initial material parameters, which can be successfully used to suppress vibrations and sound. Rubber is a multi-phase viscoelastic material, thanks to which it is able to dissipate the applied variable forces quite effectively in a fairly wide range of frequencies, amplitudes and environmental conditions.

There are vibration isolation solutions on the market, used in road engineering, rail transport, construction and industry, using specially vulcanized rubber compounds (rubbers), thermoelastic materials and composites obtained with the use of material recycling. In Poland, track vibration isolation mats made of vulcanized rubber, however, are expensive. Vibroinsulating mats based on tire rubber granules are also manufactured at a price of about 40% lower. The granulate is usually joined (glued) with polyurethane adhesives or other convenient binders.

Niedogodnością rozwiązań wykorzystujących granulaty z opon jest brak możliwości dogodnej regulacji sztywności kompozytu zwłaszcza jej obniżenia i brak możliwości w wielu przypadkach spełnienia wymogów projektantów, w konkretnych rozwiązaniach konstrukcyjnych. The disadvantage of solutions using tire granules is the inability to conveniently adjust the stiffness of the composite, especially its lowering, and the inability in many cases to meet the designers' requirements in specific design solutions. Then these materials, despite the fact that they have good vibration damping properties and are cheaper, lose, due to the requirements, to more expensive solutions based on foamed polyurethanes or vulcanized rubbers.

Manufacturers of vibro-insulating materials based on tire granules try to solve this problem by changing the parameters of obtaining these materials - reducing the forming pressure, and thus lowering the material's bulk density. However, in the case of composites based on granules, this results in a significant reduction in their strength properties and durability under dynamic work conditions.

Przedmiotowy wynalazek redukuje powyższy problem kompozytów otrzymywanych na bazie granulatów gumowych pozyskanych ze zużytych wyrobów gumowych, zwłaszcza opon samochodowych. The present invention reduces the above problem of composites obtained on the basis of rubber granules obtained from used rubber products, especially car tires.

Sposób otrzymywania kompozytu o regulowanej sztywności, na bazie granulatów gumowych, według wynalazku polega na tym, że miesza się od 0 do 90 części wagowych granulatu z opon z odThe method of obtaining a composite with adjustable stiffness, based on rubber granules, according to the invention consists in mixing from 0 to 90 parts by weight of tire granules from

Jako plastyfikator korzystnie stosuje się olej odpadowy z przemysłu oponiarskiego albo miękki asfalt drogowy.PL 231 459 Β1 to 100 parts by weight of soft rubber granules with a hardness preferably below 30 ° ShA and from 5 to 20 parts by weight of a preferably one-component polyurethane binder, after which the composite obtained in this way is pressed at a temperature of 120-200 ° C, under a pressure of at least 0.3 MPa, during 20-45 minutes. The soft rubber granulate used is preferably ground rubber obtained by vulcanizing a blend obtained on the basis of regenerated rubber softened with a plasticizer / softener. The product obtained as a result of devulcanization of used products and rubber waste is used as reclaimed rubber. The plasticizer used is preferably waste oil from the tire industry or soft asphalt road.

In the conducted own research, it was surprisingly found that the addition of a specially prepared soft rubber granulate in an amount of at least 10% by weight to the composite based on tire granulate according to the invention. allows for a greater than that resulting from the principle of additivity, reduction of composite stiffness. In this way, a material with lower stiffness is obtained without the need to use reduced parameters of composite forming.

The diagram below shows the effect on the compression stiffness of a composite containing tire granulate and the addition of much softer granules obtained from a specially prepared rubber obtained from regenerated rubber, softened with a suitable plasticizer.
