PL 23170 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pudelko dwuczesciowe, otwarte z mozliwoscia cze- sciowego zamkniecia, majace zastosowanie do transportu, przechowywania i ekspozycji drobnych przedmiotów, jak slodycze, produkty spozywcze i inne. Spotykane dotychczas pudelka sa elementem wytworzonym z kartonowego wykroju w postaci czterech scian bocznych i dna. Pudelka te sa zamykane pokrywka, wytworzona oddzielnie, lub scian- ka górna, polaczona z którakolwiek scianka boczna. Tradycyjne rozwiazania dotyczace opakowan dwuczesciowych dotycza takich rozwiazan jak spód/wieko w których spód, najczesciej wykonany z lepszej gatunkowo tektury posiada funkcje eks- pozycyjne dla produktu w nim przechowywanego. Wieko natomiast stanowi ochrone produktu na czas transportu i przechowywania i stanowi owijke/plaszcz zabezpieczajacy produkt pakowany w to opa- kowanie. Wieko jest tez tym elementem które najczesciej jest usuwane w momencie gdy opakowanie z produktem trafi do pólke sklepowa jako gotowe do ekspozycji umieszczonych w nim produktów. Z tego tez wzgledu wieko najczesciej wykonywane jest z gorszych jakosciowo i tanszych su- rowców. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano pudelko w stanie przed zlozeniem, zas na fig. 2 pokazano pudelko w stanie zlozenia. Pudelko ma czesc dolna do pomieszczenia zawartosci, w postaci dna, dwóch scian bocznych i sciany tylnej, przy czym scianka przednia ma wysokosc nizsza od pozostalych scianek. Czesc górna stanowi wygiety element do wprowadzania w wewnetrzna przestrzen czesci dolnej. Czesc górna ma otwory na wprowadzanie w nie wycietych plytek czesci dolnej. Górny element ochrania produkt w czasie transportu przed ciezarem warstw górnych. Poniewaz górna czesc nie przyslania produktów od strony ekspozycji, nie wymagane jest wiec jego usuniecie przy prezentacji towarów na pólce, a takze w tej postaci umozliwia wyjecie produktów z pudelka. Dodatkowo – górna czesc umozliwia pietrowanie opakowan jedno na drugim co podnosi jego walory uzytkowe i funkcjonalne. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego, wyrózniajacymi go sposród innych pudelek dwucze- sciowych jest jego ksztalt, na który sklada sie czesc dolna do pomieszczenia zawartosci w postaci dna, dwóch scian bocznych i sciany tylnej, przy czym scianka przednia ma wysokosc nizsza od pozo- stalych scianek, natomiast czesc górna, zamykajaca pudelko od góry ma dwa otwory do wsuwania w nie plytek czesci dolnej. The boxes encountered so far are an element made of a cardboard cut-out in the form of four side walls and a bottom. These boxes are closed with a lid, made separately, or a top wall, connected to any side wall. Traditional solutions for two-part packaging concern solutions such as a bottom/lid, in which the bottom, most often made of better quality cardboard, has a display function for the product stored in it. The lid, on the other hand, protects the product during transport and storage and is a wrapper/jacket protecting the product packed in this packaging. The lid is also the element that is most often removed when the product packaging reaches the store shelf ready to display the products placed in it. For this reason, the lid is most often made of lower quality and cheaper raw materials. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the box before folding, and Fig. 2 shows the box in the folded state. The box has a lower part for containing the contents, in the form of a bottom, two side walls and a back wall, with the front wall being lower in height than the other walls. The upper part is a bent element for inserting into the internal space of the lower part. The upper part has holes for inserting the cut plates of the lower part into them. The upper element protects the product during transport from the weight of the upper layers. Since the upper part does not obscure the products from the display side, it is not necessary to remove it when presenting goods on the shelf, and in this form it also allows products to be removed from the box. Additionally, the upper part allows packages to be stacked one on top of the other, which increases its utility and functional values. The essential features of the industrial design, distinguishing it from other two-part boxes, is its shape, which consists of a lower part for containing the content in the form of a bottom, two side walls and a back wall, where the front wall is lower than the other walls, while the upper part, closing the box from the top, has two holes for inserting the plates of the lower part.
