Description

Najdluzszy czas trwania patentu do 14 listopada 1949 r.KI. 78 e, lor Patent Nr. 20739 dotyczy materjalu wybuchowego o malej gestosci, którego glówna ceche stanowi to, ze zawiera on tak zwana wlóknista maczke drzewna, to zna¬ czy maczke o wzglednie równomiernych krótkich wlókienkach.Okazalo sie, ze zamiast welnistej macz¬ ki drzewnej mozna równiez stosowac pro¬ dukt, otrzymywany przez roztarcie papie¬ ru. Otrzymany produkt ma postac pulchnej miazgi o dosc równomiernych wlókienkach dlugosci przecietnej paru milimetrów i przypomina swym wygladem wate o krót¬ kich wlóknach. Wate taka otrzymuje sie np. przez: roztarcie papieru w mlynku.Wate te miesza sie z solami tlenonosne- mi i materjalem uczulajacym, np. z nitro¬ gliceryna. W razie potrzeby czesc soli tlenonosnych moze byc zastapiona sola ku¬ chenna.Jako przyklad materjalu wybuchowego wedlug wynalazku mozna podac materjal o skladzie nastepujacym: nitrogliceryny . . waty papierowej . saletry amonowej . saletry sodowej soli kuchennej . . • 14%, • 12%, • 37%, . 15%, . 22%. PLThe longest duration of the patent until November 14, 1949 KI. 78 e, lor Patent No. 20739 relates to a low-density explosive, the main feature of which is that it contains a so-called fibrous wood flour, that is, a relatively uniform short fiber flour. It turned out that instead of a woolly wood flour, it was also possible to use the product obtained by grinding paper. The obtained product is in the form of a plump pulp with fairly uniform fibers with an average length of a few millimeters, and its appearance resembles short-fiber wool. Such cotton wool is obtained, for example, by: grinding paper in a grinder. These kinds of cotton wool are mixed with oxygen-bearing salts and a sensitizing material, e.g. nitroglycerin. Using the cotton wool described above, explosives with a density of 0.55 - 0.65 are obtained. and the rate of detonation, changing in quite wide limits, depending on the amount of sensitizing agent added. If desired, some of the oxygen-bearing salts can be replaced with kitchen salt. As an example of an explosive material according to the invention, a material with the following composition can be given: nitroglycerin. . paper wool. ammonium nitrate. sodium saltpeter of table salt. . • 14%, • 12%, • 37%,. 15%,. 22%.
