PL 23179 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zbiornik przydomowej oczyszczalni scieków, znajduja- cej zastosowanie w gospodarstwach domowych lub w niewielkich zakladach wytwórczych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa, posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytwo- ru, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, oraz strukture oraz ornamenta- cje tego zbiornika. Zbiornik wykonany zostal z tworzyw sztucznych w technologii formowania rotacyjnego. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na dolaczonych ilustracjach. The essence of the industrial design is the new, individual form of the product, given to it in particular by the characteristics of the lines, contours, shapes, structure, and ornamentation of this tank. The tank was made of plastic using rotational molding technology. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations. Fig. 1 – shows the tank from the side, from the front, fig. 2 – the tank from the liquid inlet side, fig. 3 – the tank from the liquid outlet side, fig. 4 – perspective view Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the illustrations (fig. 1, fig. 2, fig. 3, fig. 4) include that on the inlet side there are two connectors, the upper one is the connector through which the liquid flows, while the lower one (located in the middle part of the tank) serves as the tank ventilation, on the outlet side there are two (variant 1) or three (variant 2) connectors, of which the lowest (lower) connector is the connector through which the liquid flows out of the tank, and the connector above (variant 1 – located in the middle part of the tank) or The above connector (type 2 – located in the middle part of the tank and in the upper part of the tank) is used for tank ventilation.
