Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac uchwytu przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltów, nadajacych mu oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia uchwyt w perspektywicznym widoku z przodu, od strony mocowania telewizora, Fig. 2 przedstawia uchwyt w widoku z przodu, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4 przedstawiaja w powiekszeniu fragment uchwytu z zaczepem i wypustem – Fig. 3 w widoku od strony mocowania do sciany, a Fig. 4 – w widoku z przodu. Uchwyt sklada sie z prostokatnej ramki 1 mocowanej sciany oraz dwóch haków 2 osadzonych na ramce 1, sluzacych do zamontowania telewizora. Poziome profile 3 ramki 1 maja zetowy przekrój poprzeczny, przy czym w czesci przylegajacej do sciany wykonane sa fasolkowe otwory. Poziome profile 3 polaczone sa ze soba pionowymi profilami 4, które wykonane sa z katownika. W pólce katownika pionowego profilu 4, nieprzylegajacej do sciany wykonane jest wzdluzne, lukowe wybranie 5. Hak 2 wykonany jest z profilu ceowego, przy czym na koncach pólki ceownika sa sciete, a w srodniku wykonane sa otwory – w górnej czesci okragle, w dolnej czesci fasolkowe. Hak 2 wyposazony jest w stopke dystansowa 6 znajdujaca sie ponizej poziomego profilu 3 i sluzaca do oparcia o sciane. Hak 2 wyposazony jest zaczep 7 do zamocowania go na ramce 1. Zaczep 7 wykonany jest z dwóch równoleglych wzgledem siebie plaskowników o ksztalcie zblizonym do obróconej litery „L", polaczonych ze soba na jednym z konców plaskownikiem 8. Plaskowniki zaczepu 7 obejmuja jednym koncem ceowy hak 2, a drugim koncem, polaczonym plaskownikiem 8 zaczep 7 mocowany jest na ramce 1. Hak 2 posiada ponadto dodatkowy wypust 9 dla alternatywnego montazu na ramce 1. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the mount, manifested in the features of contour lines and shapes, giving it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows the mount in a perspective front view, from the side of the television mounting, Fig. 2 shows the mount in a front view, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 show an enlarged fragment of the mount with a hook and protrusion – Fig. 3 in a view from the wall mounting side, and Fig. 4 in a front view. The mount consists of a rectangular frame 1 for mounting to the wall and two hooks 2 mounted on the frame 1, used for mounting the television. The horizontal profiles 3 of frame 1 have a Z-shaped cross-section, with bean-shaped holes in the part adjacent to the wall. The horizontal profiles 3 are connected by vertical profiles 4, which are made of angle iron. A longitudinal, arc-shaped recess 5 is made in the flange of the vertical angle iron 4, which is not adjacent to the wall. Hook 2 is made of a U-shaped profile, with the ends of the U-shaped flange beveled, and holes are made in the web – round in the upper part and bean-shaped in the lower part. Hook 2 is equipped with a spacer foot 6 located below the horizontal profile 3 and used for support against the wall. Hook 2 is equipped with a catch 7 for mounting it on frame 1. Catch 7 is made of two parallel flat bars with a shape similar to a rotated "L", connected to each other at one end by a flat bar 8. The flat bars of catch 7 embrace the U-shaped hook 2 with one end, and with the other end, connected by flat bar 8, the catch 7 is mounted on frame 1. Hook 2 also has an additional projection 9 for alternative mounting on frame 1. The wall bracket for mounting a TV set, shown in the drawings, is distinguished by the following important features: ? the frame has horizontal profiles with a Z-shaped cross-section and vertical profiles made of an angle bar; ? the vertical profiles of the frame have a longitudinal, arched recess in the shelf of the angle bar not adjacent to the wall; ? the hooks are made of U-shaped profiles; The hooks' channel-section shelves are cut at the ends; ? there are holes in the webs of the hooks' channels – round in the upper part, slot-shaped in the lower part; ? the hooks are equipped with spacer feet; ? the hook's catch is made of two parallel flat bars in the shape similar to a rotated "L", connected at one end with a flat bar; ? the hooks have additional projections.
