Wodny roztwór soli so¬ dowej produktu sulfonowania eteru mono- dodecyloglicerynowego, odpowiednio per¬ fumowany, stanowi doskonaly srodek do mycia1 wlosów.Przyklad IIL 50 czesci wagowych mieszaniny soli sodowej produktu sulfono¬ wania eteru monooktylo-, decylo-, dodecy- lo-, tetradecylo-, heksadecylo- i oktodecy- loglicerynowego, w którym przewaza pro¬ dukt sulfonowania eteru monododecylogli- cerynowego, miesza sie z 20 czesciami wa- gowemi soli glauberskieij i 30 czesciami wa- gowemi boraksu. Otrzymuje sie doskonaly srodek pioracy, swietnie czyszczacy, któ¬ rego wodne roztwory daja trwala piane.Srodek ten nadaje sie zwlaszcza do oczyszczania welny i wyrobów welnia¬ nych.Przyklad IV. 100 czesci wagowych kaszkowatej mieszaniny soli sodowej pro¬ duktów sulfonowania eteru monododecy- lo-< tetradecylo-, heksadecylo- i oktadecy- loglicerynowego, w której przewaza pro¬ dukt sulfonowania eteru moinododecylogli- cery nowego, zadaje sie 10 czesciami wago- wemi wody. Mieszanine rozpyla sie pod cisnieniem w urzadzeniu do rozpylania i suszy. Otrzymuje sie pulchny, sypki, nie- zlepiajacy sie srodek do prania, doskona¬ le czyszczacy i rozpuszczajacy sie szybko i klarownie w wodzie. Do mieszaniny moz¬ na dodac równiez przed suszeniem soli, np. boraksu. Roztwory, otrzymane z wy- - 2 —mienionych srodków, mozna stosowac na zimno i na goraco.Estry kwasu siarkowego gliceryny la¬ two sie rozkladaja. Nadspodziewanie wiec okazalo sie, ze produkty sulfonowania ete¬ ru monododecyloglicerynowego wzglednie jego sole sa trwale nawet w wyzszej tem¬ peraturze i posiadaja doskonale wlasci¬ wosci jako namiastki mydel. PLThe products of sulfonation of monodo: decylglycerol ether or their salts are great substitutes for soap. This type of compound corresponds to the formula C12ff25.0 .CH2. CH (OH) .CH2.0. SO, Na They are prepared by treating monododecyllycerin ether with sulfonating agents and neutralizing the sulfonation product with alkaline agents, for example with sodium hydroxide, soda. As salts, the most suitable are saline and ammonium salts or their organic substitution products. the products of the sulfonation of monododecyl glycerol ether exhibit multiple advantages over conventional soaps and their replacements. For example, they do not form unpleasant deposits with the ingredients which give the water hardness, so the formation of undesirable calcium soaps is completely avoided. They give a durable and very thick foam, dissolve well in cold water, perfectly cleanse and have a significant wetting capacity. The above compounds can be used wherever soaps have been used so far. Due to the almost inert reaction, they can be used to treat more delicate materials. They can be used n§- for the preparation of plans ^ for emulsifying, dispersing, im- | P1 - Sp% vanity of peptization, stabilization, Z - lysis, flocculation, dissolution, and so on, wherever so far and soaps have been used, it is possible to use products of sulfonation of monododecyl glycerol ether or their salts. The mentioned compounds act not only as such, but also in admixture with other agents. They can be used in acidic, neutral and alkaline baths, as well as in solutions containing electrolytes, calcium, magnesium or other hardness-imparting ingredients. They can be used separately or together with other wetting, washing, cleansing, emulsifying and dispersing agents. In addition, perborates, persulphates, percarbonates, alkaline agents, e.g. trisodium phosphate, water glass, borax, or inert agents, e.g. sodium sulfate, or acidic agents, e.g. acid sodium sulfate, may also be added to the above compounds. The compounds can also be used in admixture with organic solvents, e.g. hydrocarbons, alcohols, or in admixture with enzymes, e.g. urease or pancreatin. In the technical preparation of sulfonation products of monododecylglycerol ether, homologous compounds are usually obtained at the same time. , e.g. products of sulphonation of other monoalkylglycerol ethers. Produced substances, containing certain new compounds, can be marketed in a solid state, e.g. in the form of powder, flakes, pieces, strips, etc. They can also be dissolved in liquids or distributed in the form of a paste or cream, e.g. in cosmetic preparations, polishes, soap creams, etc. dentifrices, shaving preparations, hair cleansers, etc. Example I. By warming 7 parts of the sodium salt of the monododecylglycerol ether sulphation product with a mixture of 28 parts of carrageenan (1: 19) and 35 parts of pure glycerin, and by treating the mixture with 30 parts of precipitated calcium carbonate, an excellent toothpaste is obtained, which can be perfumed with mint oil or menthol. Example II. Aqueous solution of sodium salt of the product of monododecyl glycerol ether sulfonation, suitably perfumed, is an excellent hair washing agent. Example II 50 parts by weight of a sodium salt mixture of the product of monooctyl-, decyl-, dodecyl-, tetradecyl ether sulfonation -, hexadecyl and octodecyl glycerol, in which the product of monododecyl glycerol ether sulphonation predominates, is mixed with 20 parts by weight of Glauber's salt and 30 parts by weight of borax. The result is an excellent washing agent, an excellent cleaning agent, whose aqueous solutions give a permanent foam. This agent is especially suitable for cleaning wool and woolen products. Example IV. 100 parts by weight of the sodium salt mixture of monododecyl- <tetradecyl-, hexadecyl- and octadecylglycerol ether sulphonation products in which the monododecylglyceric ether sulphonation product predominates is mixed with 10 parts by weight of water. The mixture is sprayed under pressure in a spraying device and dried. The result is a plump, free-flowing, non-sticky detergent that is excellent for cleaning and dissolves quickly and clearly in water. Salt, for example borax, can also be added to the mixture before drying. The solutions obtained from the mentioned agents can be used both cold and hot. The sulfuric acid esters of glycerin break down easily. Surprisingly, it turned out that the products of sulfonation of monododecylglycerin ether or its salts are stable even at higher temperatures and have excellent properties as soap substitutes. PL
