PL 23284 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kamizelka identyfikacyjno-ostrzegawcza o intensywnej widzialnosci, przeznaczona do uzywania w sytuacjach w których obecnosc i identyfikacja osób powinna byc latwo wizualnie rozpoznawalna zarówno w warunkach oswietlenia sztucznego jak i naturalnego Kamizelka zapinana z przodu oraz na bokach regulacyjnymi odcinkami tasm, wykonana jest z dzianiny w kolorze zóltym – fluorescencyjnym z krawedziami przodu i tylu wykonczonymi lamówka w kolorze srebrnym. Kamizelka wyposazona jest w uklad usytuowanych na przodzie i tyle skrzyzowanych zólto-zielonych tasm odblaskowych oraz czworokatnych odcinków, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1 – Fig. 2. Ilustracja wzoru Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 23284 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a high-visibility identification and warning vest, intended for use in situations where the presence and identification of persons should be easily visually recognized in both artificial and natural lighting conditions. The vest, fastened at the front and on the sides with adjustable tape sections, is made of fluorescent yellow knit fabric with silver piping at the front and back edges. The vest is equipped with a system of crossed yellow-green reflective tapes and quadrangular sections located at the front and back, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1 – Fig. 2.
