PL 23321 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest woreczek do pakowania wedlin, przeznaczony w szczególnosci do pakowania takich produktów jak przekaski typu chipsy miesne. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia opakowanie w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – przedstawia widok opakowania z tylu, a fig. 3 – widok opakowania w stanie rozlozonym. Woreczek do pakowania wedlin wedlug wzoru wykonany z folii spozywczej ma postac figury o zewnetrznym zarysie przyblizonym do prostopadloscianu. Woreczek do pakowania wedlin w stanie rozlozonym ma ksztalt prostokata, polaczonego przez zgrzewanie obwodowe scianek górnej, dolnej oraz scianki bocznej. Powierzchnia rozlozona woreczka zawiera grafike przedniej i tylnej czesci woreczka o tle w kolorze czerwonym z pionowymi równomiernie rozmieszczonymi pasami w kolorze ciemny czerwony oraz charakterystyczna estetyczna grafika. Przednia czesc woreczka zawiera u góry umieszczony bialy graficzny znak producenta a ponizej znak slowny w postaci napisu informacyjnego „Miesne Kaski Henryka Kani" pisane prostymi pogrubionymi bialymi literami. Ponizej element graficzny bialo-czerwony obrazujacy grzbiet zrywek kartek. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustration, in which fig. 1 - shows the packaging in the front view, fig. 2 - shows the view of the packaging from the back, and fig. 3 - the view of the packaging in the unfolded state. The bag for packing cold cuts according to the pattern, made of food foil, has the form of a figure with an external outline approximating a cuboid. The bag for packing cold cuts in the unfolded state has the shape of a rectangle, connected by circumferential welding of the upper, lower and side walls. The unfolded surface of the bag contains a graphic of the front and back part of the bag with a red background with vertical, evenly distributed stripes in dark red and a characteristic aesthetic graphic. The front part of the bag contains a white graphic manufacturer's mark at the top and below it a word mark in the form of an information inscription "Miesne Kaski Henryka Kani" written in simple bold white letters. Below it is a white and red graphic element depicting the spine of tear-off sheets of paper. The middle part of the front wall is transparent - it shows the product contained in the bag, below it is a pink sticker with the inscription "pork chips" or a yellow sticker with the inscription "Krakow sausage chips". The sticker has a colour and inscription depending on the contents of the bag and is a replaceable element. The rear part of the bag has a graphic of the front part of a black food truck, in the driver's seat of which there is a white graphic of the manufacturer's trademark showing cold cuts on a tray, and below it is an inscription in white large simple letters "Henryk Kania", under which in white small letters In fancy letters there is an inscription reading "When many years of butchering tradition and experience are combined with modern technology, the result is perfectly seasoned delicacies", and under it there is a facsimile of H. Kania. In the upper part of the back wall of the bag there is the inscription "fast tasty healthy" written in white, large simple letters and above them a graphic element presenting a meat product delivery vehicle (food truck) against the background of the globe of the Earth. Essential features of the bag The essential features of the bag for packing cold cuts and chips according to the industrial design are its shape from food foil in the form of a figure with the external outline of a cuboid, in red colour and with characteristic aesthetic graphics. The unfolded surface of the bag contains the graphics of the front and back parts of the bag with a red background with vertical, evenly spaced stripes in dark red and characteristic graphics. The front part of the bag contains a white graphic manufacturer's mark at the top and below it a word mark in the form of the information inscription "Miesne Kaski Henryka Kani" written in simple, bold white letters, below, a white and red graphic element depicting the spine of tear-off sheets of paper. The central part of the front wall is transparent – it shows the product contained in the bag. The rear part of the bag has a graphic of the front part of a black delivery van, in the driver's seat of which, in white graphics, there is the manufacturer's trademark presenting cold cuts on a tray and the inscription Henryk Kania in white simple capital letters and under it in white small fancy letters there is an inscription reading "When many years of butcher's tradition and experience combine with modern technology, the result is perfectly seasoned delicacies", and under it a facsimile of H. Kania. In the upper part of the bag, there is the inscription "fast tasty healthy" written in white, large simple letters and above them a graphic element presenting a delivery vehicle against the background of the globe of the Earth.
