PL 23335 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest Wazon-waga, przeznaczony do umieszczenia w nim roslin ozdobnych, zwlaszcza kwiatów w tym takze do umieszczania róznych stroików wykonanych ze sztucznych elementów kwiatowych. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi postac stojacego wazonu wagi przejawiajacego sie w ksztaltach bocznych scian plaszczyzn i górnej czaszy jako przestrzenny element przypominajacy „wage" zegara stojacego. Wzór zostal przedstawiony na fotografiach fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, przy czym: fig. 1 – przedstawia wazon wage w widoku perspektywicznym od strony dluzszego boku i nieco z góry z centralnym otworem na kwiaty i lub stroiki: fig. 1a – wazon-waga widoczny jest w widoku perspektywicznym z centralnym otworem w najwyzszym punkcie górnej czesci czaszy promieniowej sciany. fig. 1b – przedstawia wazon-waga w widoku perspektywicznym od strony jego wezszego boku i nieco z góry z centralnym otworem umieszczonym symetrycznie od obydwu dluzszych boków. The essence of the industrial design is the form of a standing scale vase, manifested in the shapes of the side walls of the planes and the upper bowl as a spatial element resembling the "scales" of a grandfather clock. The design is presented in photographs fig. 1, fig. 1a, fig. 1b, where: fig. 1 – shows the scale vase in a perspective view from the longer side and slightly from above with a central opening for flowers and or decorations; fig. 1a – the scale vase is visible in a perspective view with a central opening at the highest point of the upper part of the radial bowl of the wall. Fig. 1b – shows a vase-scale in a perspective view from its narrower side and slightly from above, with a central opening placed symmetrically on both longer sides. An essential feature of the industrial design shown in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 1a, Fig. 1b – the vase-scale – is that: ? it is a spatial element in the shape of an inverted trapezoidal vase-scale with a flat base, while the upper part of the vase is a bowl as a plane rising and falling radially together with the central opening, ? the side surfaces of the longer sides of this vase-scale are deviated from the sides of the wider base and connected to the upper bowl of the vase-scale and the lower flat surface of the vase-scale, ? In a side view, from the narrower side of the vase base, its side surfaces flare upward and radially connect on both sides to the upper part of the bowl of the vase-scale with a central opening. The width of the narrower side of the base is approximately twice as small as the upper radial side edge of the bowl of the vessel. The three-dimensional form of the design without the color designation is being applied for protection.
