PL 23365 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest plyta brukowa stosowana w budownictwie drogowym do ukladania nawierzchni. Istota jest nowa postac wzoru, przejawiajaca sie w jego charakterystycznym uksztaltowaniu i zdobnictwie powierzchni. Plyta brukowa przedstawiona zostala na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia plyte w widoku z boku, fig. 2 w widoku z góry, fig. 3 plyte w widoku perspektywicznym. Plyta brukowa ma postac bryly o zarysie zblizonym do prostokata o fazowanych krawedziach plaszczyzny górnej, której cechy istotne to, plyta ma na rozmieszczone na calej powierzchni czolowej promieniscie cztery lukowe rowki, biegnace pod katem, przez cala dlugosc plyty, przy czym trzy z nich maja posrodku powiekszone wybranie w postaci otworu o zarysie prostokatnym, oraz po trzy usytu- owane na krawedziach dolnej i górnej, pod katem w stosunku do nich, prostokatne wybrania jak poka- zano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. Its essence lies in the new form of the design, manifested in its characteristic shape and surface ornamentation. The paving slab is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the slab from a side view, Fig. 2 from a top view, and Fig. 3 from a perspective view. The paving slab has the form of a solid with an outline close to a rectangle with chamfered edges on the upper surface, the essential features of which are: the slab has four radially arranged arc-shaped grooves on the entire front surface, running at an angle along the entire length of the slab, three of which have an enlarged recess in the center in the form of a rectangular opening, and three rectangular recesses each located on the lower and upper edges, at an angle to them, as shown in the attached illustration.
