PL 23421 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pokrycie do stelazy wózków, przeznaczonych do sto- sowania dla wózków dla dzieci lub stelazy wózków transportowych dla zwierzat oraz innych podob- nych. Uchwyt wykonany jest z ksztaltowej metalowej rurki, natomiast pokrycie wykonane jest z mate- rialu skóropodobnego a jego ksztalt zewnetrzny przylegle odwzorowuje ksztalt zewnetrzny uchwytu. Nowa i oryginalna postac wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w cechach reliefu na powierzchni pokrycia, utworzonego przez ksztaltowe wytloczenia. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, przedstawiajacym w odmianach kolorystycznych pokrycie uchwytu, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano pokrycie w kolorze czarnym z reliefem tworzonym przez liczne wytloczenia w ksztalcie czworokatów usytuowa- nych jeden obok drugiego tak, ze dwa sasiadujace posiadaja wspólna krawedz wyznaczona przez rowek, a wierzcholek jest wspólny dla czterech czworokatów. Na czesci kazdej krawedzi znajduje sie wypukly relief w postaci krzywej wielokrotnie lamanej, tworzacej linie zygzakowa, natomiast pozostale odcinki krawedzi sasiadujacych czworokatów krzyzuja sie w wierzcholku. Powierzchnia zewnetrzna czworokatów posiada powtarzalne motywy tworzone przez polaczone wierzcholkami czworokaty, z których dwa zawieraja ksztalty imitujace zagniecenie powierzchni. Kolejny motyw przedstawia rodzaj kratki z nierówno rozmieszczonymi krawedziami, a ostatni ma powierzchnie z licznymi bardzo drob- nymi wypuklosciami, jak pokazano na fig. 1 oraz 1a. Odmiany wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawione na poszczególnych figurach od 2 do 4, posia- daja cechy jak wyzej opisano, róznia sie natomiast kolorystyka. Pokazana na fig. 2 powierzchnia po- krycia ma kolor popielaty, pokazana na fig. 3 powierzchnia pokrycia ma kolor jasnobrazowy, a na fig. 4 powierzchnia ta ma kolor ciemnobrazowy. Cecha istotna pokrycia do stelazy wózków, wedlug wzoru przemyslowego jest to, ze na po- wierzchni zewnetrznej ma rozmieszczone powtarzalne motywy tworzone przez polaczone wierzchol- kami czworokaty, których powierzchnie posiadaja reliefy imitujace zagniecenie powierzchni, lub relief ma postac kratki z nierówno rozmieszczonymi krawedziami lub relief przedstawia powierzchnie z licz- nymi bardzo drobnymi wypuklosciami. Na krawedziach czworokatów znajduje sie poprzeczna linia zygzakowa. PL 23421 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 23421 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PLPL 23421 2 Description of the industrial design The subject of the industrial design is a cover for a pram frame, intended for use with prams for children or animal transport pram frames and other similar items. The handle is made of a shaped metal tube, while the cover is made of imitation leather material and its external shape closely resembles the external shape of the handle. The new and original form of the industrial design is manifested in the features of the relief on the surface of the cover, created by shaped embossing. The subject of the industrial design has been shown in the attached illustrative material, presenting the handle cover in colour variations, where fig. 1 shows a black cover with a relief created by numerous embossments in the shape of quadrangles placed one next to the other so that two neighbouring ones have a common edge defined by a groove, and the vertex is common to four quadrangles. On a part of each edge there is a convex relief in the form of a curve broken many times, creating a zigzag line, while the remaining sections of the edges of neighbouring quadrangles intersect at the vertex. The outer surface of the quadrangles has repeating motifs created by quadrangles connected by their vertices, two of which contain shapes imitating a creased surface. The next motif represents a kind of grid with unevenly spaced edges, and the last has a surface with numerous very fine convexities, as shown in Figs. 1 and 1a. The variants of the industrial design, shown in individual Figs. 2 to 4, have the features described above, but the colour scheme differs. The covering surface shown in Fig. 2 is ash-grey, the covering surface shown in Fig. 3 is light brown, and in Fig. 4 this surface is dark brown. An essential feature of the covering for the trolley frame, according to the industrial design, is that on the external surface it has arranged repeating motifs created by quadrangles connected by their vertices, the surfaces of which have reliefs imitating the creasing of the surface, or the relief has the form of a grid with unevenly spaced edges, or the relief presents a surface with numerous very fine convexities.
