PL 23454 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest obudowa do latarni bluetooth. Nowosc i oryginalnosc przedstawia sie w ksztalcie obudowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których: fig. 1 – przedstawia obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym, fig. 2 – widok z boku, fig. 3 – widok z przodu, fig. 4 – widok od dolu oraz fig. 5 – ukazujacy przedmiot w widoku od góry. Obudowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego to graniastoslup o podstawie trójkata równo- ramiennego (Fig. 2), który ma zaokraglone wierzcholki i ramiona. Podstawa posiada charakterystyczne wyplaszczenie, na którym opiera sie cala bryla (Fig. 4). W dolnej czesci przedmiotu znajduja sie dwa otwory prowadzace na przestrzal calej obudowy (Fig. 3) sluzace do mocowan latarni w róznych miejscach. Its novelty and originality lie in the shape of the housing. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, which include: Fig. 1 – a perspective view of the housing, Fig. 2 – a side view, Fig. 3 – a front view, Fig. 4 – a bottom view, and Fig. 5 – a top view of the item. The housing, according to the industrial design, is a prism with an isosceles triangle base (Fig. 2), which has rounded vertices and arms. The base has a characteristic flattening on which the entire body rests (Fig. 4). The lower part of the item has two guide holes through the entire housing (Fig. 3), used for mounting the lantern in various places.
