PL 23534 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest modulowy naroznik wypoczynkowy o nazwie „Milion". Naroznik jest oryginalnym produktem i wzorem przemyslowym z uwagi na cechy konstrukcyjne i wizu- alne. Widoczne czesci konstrukcji pokryto tkanina obiciowa. Cala konstrukcja ma ksztalt litery L. Z tylu ograniczona oparciem. Po bokach ograniczona jest dwoma podlokietnikami, których ksztalt wyróznia naroznik – to pieciokatna forma geometryczna, nie- jako prostopadloscian o jednym scietym rogu. Sciety róg skierowany jest „do srodka", a nie na ze- wnatrz naroznika. Naroznik sklada sie z pieciu osobnych siedzisk w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu. Na siedziskach znajduja sie duze poduszki (szesc sztuk w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu) oraz szesc sztuk mniejszych, podluznych poduszek prostokatnych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono na zdjeciach. Ilustracje ukazuja: cala konstruk- cje naroznika (fig. 1), ujecie wzoru przemyslowego w zblizeniu dla lepszego zobrazowania konstrukcji (fig. 2), ujecie w zblizeniu poduszki duzej, poduszki malej, oparcia oraz siedziska – dla zobrazowania rodzaju tkaniny obiciowej oraz rodzaju obszycia (fig. 3) oraz ujecie naroznika z tylu (fig. 4). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Konstrukcja w ksztalcie litery „L", 2. Widoczne czesci konstrukcji pokryte tkanina obiciowa, 3. Konstrukcja ograniczona oparciem oraz po bokach dwoma podlokietnikami, 4. Podlokietniki o oryginalnym ksztalcie – to pieciokatna forma geometryczna, niejako prostopadloscian o jednym scietym rogu. Sciety róg skierowany jest „do srodka", a nie na zewnatrz naroznika, 5. Piec osobnych siedzisk w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu, 6. Szesc sztuk duzych poduszek w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu oraz szesc sztuk mniej- szych, podluznych poduszek prostokatnych. The corner sofa is an original product and an industrial design due to its construction and visual features. The visible parts of the structure are covered with upholstery fabric. The entire structure is L-shaped. At the back it is bounded by a backrest. On the sides it is bounded by two armrests, the shape of which distinguishes the corner sofa – it is a pentagonal geometric form, not a cuboid with one cut corner. The cut corner points "inward", not outward. The corner sofa consists of five separate cuboid seats. The seats are equipped with large cushions (six cuboids) and six smaller, elongated rectangular cushions. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the photographs.
