PL 23614 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest sluchawka. Nowosc i oryginalnosc przedstawia sie w ksztalcie obudowy. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego ukazany jest na zalaczonych rysunkach na których, Fig. 1 przedstawia obudowe w widoku perspektywicznym, Fig. 2 – widok z tylu, Fig. 3 – widok z góry, Fig. 4 – ukazujacy przedmiot w widoku od przodu. Obudowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego to pólkula, która u podstawy jest rozszerzona (Fig. 3). Rozszerzenie ma gladkie krawedzie, które wystaja poza obreb pólkuli na grubosc umieszczonego z tylu gniazda na przewód elektryczny (Fig. 2). Krawedzie odchodza od podstawy pólkuli pod katem 135 stopni (Fig. 4). The novelty and originality are reflected in the shape of the housing. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which: Fig. 1 shows the housing in a perspective view, Fig. 2 – a rear view, Fig. 3 – a top view, Fig. 4 – a front view. The housing according to the industrial design is a hemisphere that is expanded at the base (Fig. 3). The expansion has smooth edges that protrude beyond the hemisphere by the thickness of the electrical cord socket located at the rear (Fig. 2). The edges extend from the base of the hemisphere at a 135-degree angle (Fig. 4).
