Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa oryginalna postac chrupki kukurydzianej, przejawia- jace sie cechami ksztaltu. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji. Przy czym fig. 1 przedstawia chrupke przepolowiona w poprzek, w widoku perspektywicznym, z widokiem na przekrój, fig. 2 przedstawia chrupke przepolowiona centralnie wzdluz, w widoku perspektywicznym, a fig. 3 przedstawia chrupke w calosci, w widoku perspektywicznym, w widoku na koncówke. Cecha istotna chrupki kukurydzianej jest ksztalt w postaci wzdluznej paleczki, o przekroju owal- nym, która posiada wewnatrz, centralnie nadzienie widoczne na obu jej koncach, jak pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji, fig. 2, fig. 3. The essence of the industrial design is a new, original form of the corn puff, manifested by its shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration. Fig. 1 shows the puff cut crosswise in half, in a perspective view, with a cross-sectional view; Fig. 2 shows the puff cut centrally lengthwise, in a perspective view, and Fig. 3 shows the puff in its entirety, in a perspective view, with a tip view. The essential feature of the corn puff is its shape in the form of an elongated stick, with an oval cross-section, which has a filling inside, centrally, visible at both ends, as shown in the attached illustration, fig. 2, fig. 3.
