Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru posiadajacy ksztalt zblizonym do kuli z szyjka w górnej czesci, z profilowanym spodem, posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworo- bocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, syme- trycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika oraz posiada na powierzchni bocznej – dookola pojemnika, po- dzialke – skale (2), a na górnej czesci powierzchni bocznej pojemnik posiada elementy obrazkowe (3) w postaci obrazków umieszczonych w okregach, natomiast spód pojemnika posiada wypukle elemen- ty (4) tworzace okrag, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1–10. Przedmiot wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym rysunku fig. 1–10, na którym przedstawiono po- jemniki w poszczególnych odmianach. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 1 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemy- slowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika oraz posiada na powierzchni bocznej – dookola pojemnika, podzialke – skale (2). Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest transparent- ny, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 1. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 2 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemy- slowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika oraz posiada na powierzchni bocznej – dookola pojemnika, podzialke – skale (2), natomiast spód pojemnika posiada wypukle ele- menty (4) tworzace okrag. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest w kolorze jasnozóltym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 2. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 3 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemy- slowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika oraz posiada na powierzchni bocznej – dookola pojemnika, podzialke – skale (2), a na górnej czesci powierzchni bocznej pojemnik posiada elementy obrazkowe (3) w postaci obrazków umieszczonych w okregach, natomiast spód pojemnika posiada wypukle elementy (4) tworzace okrag, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 3. W odmianie pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 5 posiada cechy istotne wzo- ru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika, a na górnej czesci powierzchni bocznej pojemnik posiada elementy obrazkowe (3) w postaci obrazków umieszczonych w okregach, natomiast spód pojemnika posiada wypukle elementy (4) tworzace okrag. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest w kolorze brazowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 5. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 6 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemy- slowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika oraz posiada na powierzchni bocznej – dookola pojemnika, podzialke – skale (2), a na górnej czesci powierzchni bocznej pojemnik posiada elementy obrazkowe (3) w postaci obrazków umieszczonych w okregach. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest w kolorze granatowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 6. W odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 7 pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest w kolorze bordowym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 7. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 8 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemy- slowego w postaci podzialki – skali (2) umieszczonej na powierzchni bocznej pojemnika – dookola pojemnika, a na górnej czesci powierzchni bocznej pojemnik posiada elementy obrazkowe (3) w po- staci obrazków umieszczonych w okregach, natomiast spód pojemnika posiada wypukle elementy (4) PL 23653 3 tworzace okrag. W odmianie wzoru przedstawionej na fig. 9 pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci podzialki – skali (2) umieszczonej na powierzchni bocznej pojemnika – dookola pojemnika. Pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru jest w kolorze ciemnozielonym, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku, fig. 9. W odmianie pojemnik na plyn wedlug wzoru przedstawiony na fig. 10 posiada cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego w postaci stylizowanej, czworobocznej wneki (1) usytuowanej w srodkowej czesci pojemnika, na jego powierzchni bocznej, symetrycznie – z dwóch stron pojemnika. The liquid container according to the design, having a shape similar to a sphere with a neck in the upper part and a profiled bottom, has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically – on both sides of the container, and has on the side surface – around the container – a graduation – scale (2). On the upper part of the side surface, the container has pictorial elements (3) in the form of pictures placed in circles, while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle, as shown in the attached drawing, figs. 1–10. The subject of the design is shown in the attached drawings, Figs. 1–10, which show containers in various variations. The liquid container according to the design shown in Fig. 1 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) located in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically – on both sides of the container, and has a graduation – scale (2) on the side surface – around the container. The liquid container according to the pattern is transparent, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 1. The liquid container according to the pattern shown in fig. 2 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically - on both sides of the container and has on the side surface - around the container, a graduation - scale (2), while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle. The liquid container according to the pattern is light yellow, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 2. The liquid container according to the pattern shown in fig. 3 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) located in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically - on both sides of the container and has on the side surface - around the container, a scale - scale (2), and on the upper part of the side surface the container has pictorial elements (3) in the form of pictures placed in circles, while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 3. In a variant, the liquid container according to the pattern shown in fig. 4 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) located in the central part of the container, on its side surface side surface, symmetrically - on both sides of the container, while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle. The liquid container according to the pattern is green, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 4. In a variant, the liquid container according to the pattern shown in Fig. 5 has essential features of the industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically - on both sides of the container, and on the upper part of the side surface the container has pictorial elements (3) in the form of pictures placed in circles, while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle. The liquid container according to the pattern is brown in colour, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 5. The liquid container according to the pattern shown in fig. 6 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylised, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically - on both sides of the container and has on the side surface - around the container, a graduation - scale (2), and on the upper part of the side surface the container has pictorial elements (3) in the form of pictures placed in circles. The liquid container according to the pattern is navy blue, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 6. In the variant shown in fig. 7, the liquid container according to the pattern has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically – on two sides of the container. The liquid container according to the pattern is burgundy, as shown in the attached drawing, fig. 7. The liquid container according to the pattern shown in fig. 8 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a graduation – scale (2) placed on the side surface of the container – around the container, and on the upper part of the side surface the container has pictorial elements (3) in the form of pictures placed in circles, while the bottom of the container has convex elements (4) forming a circle. The liquid container according to the pattern is pink, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 8. In the design variant shown in Fig. 9, the liquid container according to the pattern has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a graduation – scale (2) placed on the side surface of the container – around the container. The liquid container according to the pattern is dark green, as shown in the attached drawing, Fig. 9. In the design variant, the liquid container according to the pattern shown in Fig. 10 has essential features of an industrial design in the form of a stylized, quadrilateral recess (1) situated in the central part of the container, on its side surface, symmetrically – on both sides of the container.
