PL 23694 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa przeznaczona szczególnie do mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie nogi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia noge meblowa w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – noge meblowa w widoku z boku, fig. 3 – noge meblowa w widoku z góry. Noga meblowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzona jest z wyprofilowanego elementu podporowego, do którego przymocowana jest plytka mocujaca usytuowana na pólce i wystajaca z elementu podporowego. Noga meblowa w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt waskiego pionowo polozonego prostokata, z którego z obu stron bocznych wystaja poziomo polozone prostokaty. Noga meblowa w widoku z boku ma zarys zewnetrzny wyznaczony wysokim pionowym bokiem wznoszacym sie lagodnym lukiem przechodzacym w górnej czesci w krótki poziomy odcinek przechodzacy w opadajacy wydluzony odcinek, który swym dolnym zakonczeniem przechodzi w poziomy odcinek tworzacy pólke, przechodzacy dalej krótkim pionowym odcinkiem w opadajacy wybrzuszony odcinek przechodzacy w dolny prosty poziomy odcinek. Noga meblowa w widoku z góry ma zarys utworzony z prostokata z otworami stanowiacego plytke mocujaca oraz przystajacego do boku prostokata trapezu zwezajacego sie w kierunku zewnetrznym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Noga meblowa utworzona jest z wyprofilowanego elementu podporowego, do którego przymocowana jest plytka mocujaca usytuowana na pólce i wystajaca z elementu podporowego. 2. Noga meblowa w widoku z przodu ma ksztalt waskiego pionowo polozonego prostokata, z którego z obu stron bocznych wystaja poziomo polozone prostokaty. 3. Noga meblowa w widoku z boku ma zarys zewnetrzny wyznaczony wysokim pionowym bokiem wznoszacym sie lagodnym lukiem przechodzacym w górnej czesci w krótki poziomy odcinek przechodzacy w opadajacy wydluzony odcinek, który swym dolnym zakonczeniem przechodzi w poziomy odcinek tworzacy pólke, przechodzacy dalej krótkim pionowym odcinkiem w opadajacy wybrzuszony odcinek przechodzacy w dolny prosty poziomy odcinek. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the product manifested in the shape of the leg. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material, in which: Fig. 1 shows the furniture leg in a front view; Fig. 2 – the furniture leg in a side view; Fig. 3 – the furniture leg in a top view. The furniture leg according to the industrial design is formed from a profiled support element to which a mounting plate is attached, located on a shelf and protruding from the support element. In the front view, the furniture leg has the shape of a narrow, vertical rectangle, from which horizontal rectangles protrude on both sides. A side view of a furniture leg has an external outline defined by a tall vertical side rising in a gentle arc, merging at the top into a short horizontal section, which then merges into a descending, elongated section. At its lower end, the section forms a shelf. This section then merges with a short vertical section into a descending, bulging section, which then merges into a lower, straight horizontal section. A narrow, horizontally sloping rectangle extends from the horizontal section forming the shelf, constituting the mounting plate. A top view of the furniture leg has an outline formed by a rectangle with holes, constituting the mounting plate, and a trapezoid congruent to the side of the rectangle, tapering outward. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The furniture leg is formed from a profiled support element to which a mounting plate is attached, located on the shelf and protruding from the support element. 2. The front view of the furniture leg has the shape of a narrow, vertical rectangle, from which horizontal rectangles protrude on both lateral sides. 3. The side view of the furniture leg has an external outline defined by a high, vertical side rising in a gentle arc, merging at the top into a short horizontal section, which then merges into a descending, elongated section, the lower end of which merges into a horizontal section forming a shelf, which then merges by a short, vertical section into a descending, bulging section, which merges into a lower, straight horizontal section. A narrow, horizontal rectangle, constituting the mounting plate, is derived from the horizontal section forming the shelf. 4. The furniture leg, in a top view, has an outline made of a rectangle with holes constituting a mounting plate and a trapezoid congruent to the side of the rectangle, tapering outwards.
