PL 23695 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest noga meblowa przeznaczona szczególnie do mebli ta- picerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac wyrobu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie nogi. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany jest na materiale ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia noge meblowa w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z boku, fig. 2 – noge meblowa w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z przodu, fig. 3 – noge meblowa w pierwszej odmianie w widoku z góry, fig. 4 – noge meblowa w drugiej odmianie w widoku z boku, fig. 5 – noge meblowa w drugiej odmianie w wi- doku z przodu, fig. 6 – noge meblowa w drugiej odmianie w widoku z góry. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1). Pierwsza odmiana – fig. 1, 2, 3. 2). Druga odmiana – fig. 4, 5, 6. Noga meblowa wedlug wzoru przemyslowego utworzona jest z listwy podporowej, do której w czesci srodkowej przymocowana jest plytka mocujaca. Plytka mocujaca polaczona jest z listwa podporowa swym lacznikiem o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym wyprowadzonym w dolnej czesci plytki w kierunku zewnetrznym i usytuowanym pod listwa podporowa. Listwa podporowa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odcinka fali o wzniesieniu znajdujacym sie w srodkowej czesci dlugosci. Wzniesienie po obu stronach bocznych opada lagodnym lukiem w kie- runku zewnetrznym. Listwa podporowa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt niskiego prostokata o dluzszych bokach usytuo- wanych pionowo, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt waskiego wydluzonego prostokata o dluzszych bokach polozonych poziomo. W pierwszej odmianie, plytka mocujaca w widoku z boku ma zarys utworzony z trapezu do któ- rego dluzszej podstawy przystaje swym dluzszym bokiem prostokat, natomiast w widoku z przodu i z góry ma ksztalt waskiego prostokata. W polu prostokata widnieja otwory w ksztalcie fasolki. W drugiej odmianie, plytka mocujaca ma ksztalt prostokata z otworami. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: 1. Noga meblowa utworzona jest z listwy podporowej, do której w czesci srodkowej przy- mocowana jest plytka mocujaca. Plytka mocujaca polaczona jest z listwa podporowa swym lacznikiem o prostokatnym przekroju poprzecznym wyprowadzonym w dolnej czesci plytki w kierunku zewnetrznym i usytuowanym pod listwa podporowa. 2. Listwa podporowa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt odcinka fali o wzniesieniu znajdujacym sie w srodkowej czesci dlugosci. Wzniesienie po obu stronach bocznych opada lagod- nym lukiem w kierunku zewnetrznym. 3. Listwa podporowa w widoku z boku ma ksztalt niskiego prostokata o dluzszych bokach usytuowanych pionowo, a w widoku z góry ma ksztalt waskiego wydluzonego prostoka- ta o dluzszych bokach polozonych poziomo. 4. W pierwszej odmianie, plytka mocujaca w widoku z boku ma zarys utworzony z trapezu do którego dluzszej podstawy przystaje swym dluzszym bokiem prostokat, natomiast w widoku z przodu i z góry ma ksztalt waskiego prostokata. W polu prostokata widnieja otwory w ksztalcie fasolki. 5. W drugiej odmianie, plytka mocujaca ma ksztalt prostokata z otworami. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the product manifested in the shape of the leg. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the illustrative material, in which Fig. 1 shows the first variant of the furniture leg in a side view, Fig. 2 – the first variant of the furniture leg in a front view, Fig. 3 – the first variant of the furniture leg in a top view, Fig. 4 – the second variant of the furniture leg in a side view, Fig. 5 – the second variant of the furniture leg in a front view, Fig. 6 – the second variant of the furniture leg in a top view. List of variants of the industrial design: 1). First variant – Figs. 1, 2, 3. 2). The second variation – Figs. 4, 5, 6. An industrial-style furniture leg is made of a support strip to which a mounting plate is attached in the middle. The mounting plate is connected to the support strip by a connector with a rectangular cross-section extending outward from the bottom of the plate and positioned beneath the support strip. The support strip, viewed from the side, has the shape of a wave segment with a rise in the middle of its length. The rise on both sides slopes downward in a gentle arc. Viewed from the side, the support strip has the shape of a low rectangle with the longer sides vertically arranged, while viewed from above, it has the shape of a narrow, elongated rectangle with the longer sides horizontally arranged. In the first variant, the mounting plate, viewed from the side, has a trapezoid shape with a rectangle adjoining its longer base, while in the front and top views, it has the shape of a narrow rectangle. The rectangle has bean-shaped holes in the middle. In the second variant, the mounting plate has the shape of a rectangle with holes. Essential features of the industrial design: 1. The furniture leg is formed from a support strip, to which the mounting plate is attached in the middle. The mounting plate is connected to the support strip by a connector with a rectangular cross-section extending outward from the lower part of the plate and located beneath the support strip. 2. In the side view, the support strip has the shape of a wave segment with a rise in the middle of its length. The elevation on both lateral sides slopes gently outward. 3. The support strip, when viewed from the side, has the shape of a low rectangle with the longer sides arranged vertically, and when viewed from above, it has the shape of a narrow, elongated rectangle with the longer sides arranged horizontally. 4. In the first variant, the mounting plate, when viewed from the side, has an outline formed by a trapezoid, to whose longer base a rectangle adjoins its longer side, whereas in the front and top views, it has the shape of a narrow rectangle. The rectangle has bean-shaped holes in the field. 5. In the second variant, the mounting plate has the shape of a rectangle with holes.
