Description

Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest zastosowanie wody poddanej działaniu plazmy do żywienia świń do stymulacji wzrostu zwierząt i wydajności produkcyjnej w produkcji zwierzęcej.The present invention relates to the use of plasma treated water for feeding pigs to stimulate animal growth and productivity in livestock production.

Livestock stimulation has been and has been used since the breeding of domestic animals. The methods used are based on the diet, supplementation of chemical compounds, including minerals and hormones, as well as physical methods such as: regulation of exposure to sounds, as well as the selection of animals and the creation of appropriate hybrids. The use of the most popular solutions, i.e. chemical ones, resulted in the accumulation of these chemical compounds and their metabolites in living organisms, and thus in food. Biological methods based on the creation of appropriate hybrids or the introduction of appropriate microorganisms may increase the sensitivity of organisms to diseases. These circumstances drew attention in particular to physicochemical methods. Physicochemical methods rely on the active use of physical phenomena that stimulate organisms to convert more feed or affect the condition of the animal.

Najpopularniejszymi metodami fizykochemicznymi są:The most popular physicochemical methods are:

- zastosowanie fal dźwiękowych w celach zdrowotnych, co zostało przykładowo opisane w amerykańskim zgłoszeniu patentowym US20120253236;- the use of sound waves for health purposes, as described, for example, in the US patent application US20120253236;

- zastosowanie światła bezpośrednio na organizmy, co zostało przykładowo przedstawione w publikacji „Artificial Polychromatic Light Affects Growth and Physiology in Chicks” Jinming Pan, Yefeng Yang, Bo Yang, and Yonghua Yu, Wilfried A. Kues, PLoS One 2014; 9(12): e113595. doi: 10.1371/journal.pone.0113595);- application of light directly to organisms, as exemplified in the publication "Artificial Polychromatic Light Affects Growth and Physiology in Chicks" by Jinming Pan, Yefeng Yang, Bo Yang, and Yonghua Yu, Wilfried A. Kues, PLoS One 2014; 9 (12): e113595. doi: 10.1371 / journal.pone.0113595);

- zastosowanie pola magnetycznego, co zostało przykładowo przedstawione w amerykańskim zgłoszeniu patentowym US20070179533A1.- the use of a magnetic field, as exemplified in the US patent application US20070179533A1.

Zauważono, że korzystnie jest aplikować metody fizykochemiczne do mediów dostarczanych naturalnie do zwierząt, przykładowo do wody. Najbardziej popularną metodą jest magnetyzacja wody, co zostało przykładowo opisane w publikacji „Applications of Magnetic Water Technology in Farming and Agriculture Development: A Review of Recent Advances” Yadollahpour Ali, Rashidi Samaneh, Fatemeh Kavakebian. It has been found advantageous to apply physicochemical methods to media naturally supplied to animals, for example water. The most popular method is the magnetization of water, as described, for example, in "Applications of Magnetic Water Technology in Farming and Agriculture Development: A Review of Recent Advances" by Yadollahpour Ali, Rashidi Samaneh, Fatemeh Kavakebian. However, the disadvantage of water magnetization is the need to use strong magnets or coils.

Celowym było zatem opracowanie alternatywnych sposobów stymulacji wzrostu zwierząt i wydajności produkcyjnej w produkcji zwierzęcej.It was therefore purposeful to develop alternative methods of stimulating animal growth and productive efficiency in livestock production.

From the Polish patent application P.403613 a plasma lamp is known in the form of a glass tube filled with working gas under reduced pressure, equipped with an electrode system. From the Polish second patent application No. P.389626 No. of protection Pat. 216025 a device for plasma treatment of water is known. Using this device, the inventors of the present solution noticed that by treating water with plasma and then giving water to animals, stimulation of growth and feed conversion, increased production is achieved.

The essence of the solution according to the invention consists in the fact that the water used for watering and washing the animals is subjected to the action of plasma generated in the range of 10 -2 -10 -4 mbar (pressure in the lamp), 600-650 V (voltage applied to the electrodes between which the plasma is formed), 12 mA (current flowing through the electrodes) and 20-1200 GHz (plasma excitation current frequency) for up to 50 minutes (period of contact with the operating plasma). Parameters are selected empirically based on the flow and behavioral observation of the animals, water analysis. The water can be treated with plasma, for example, with a plasma lamp known from the publication of Polish patent application P.403613 or according to the device: application no. P.389626, protection no. Pat. 216025 device for plasma treatment of water.

The advantage of the solution according to the invention is an increase in animal growth by up to 25% and an increase in feed conversion by up to 10%, an increase in production efficiency compared to the control group, which did not drink untreated water.

Przedmiot wynalazku zostanie przedstawiony poniżej za pomocą przykładów wykonania.The subject of the invention will be illustrated below with the aid of exemplary embodiments.
