Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac butelki, nadana jej przez ksztalt oraz cechy linii i konturów, a takze przez uformowanie powierzchni. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym: fig. 1 pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym od frontu, fig. 2 pokazuje butelke w widoku ogólnym z boku, natomiast fig. 3 uwidacznia butelke w widoku ogólnym od tylu, fig. 4 uwidacznia butelke w widoku z góry, fig. 5 uwidacznia butelke w widoku z dolu a fig. 6 uwidacznia butelke w widoku ogólnym z boku i od frontu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc wykonana ze szkla lub z tworzyw sztucznych. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na zalaczonym rysunku, nalezy zaliczyc, ze butelka ma ksztalt wydluzonej bryly, zblizonej ksztaltem do scietego walca i zaopatrzona jest w górnej powierzchni w szyjke, zakonczona obwodowym pierscieniem. Scianka frontowa butelki jest scieta w ten sposób, ze tworzy lekko wypukla w kierunku na zewnatrz powierzchnie. Scianka frontowa jest scieta niesymetrycznie. Z jednego boku zalamanie sciecia scianki frontowej przebiega ukosnie, od góry ku dolowi butelki, w kierunku do srodka scianki frontowej. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the bottle, given to it by the shape and features of lines and contours, as well as by the surface formation. The bottle, according to the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a general front view, Fig. 2 shows the bottle in a general side view, Fig. 3 shows the bottle in a general back view, Fig. 4 shows the bottle in a top view, Fig. 5 shows the bottle in a bottom view, and Fig. 6 shows the bottle in a general side and front view. According to the industrial design, the bottle may be made of glass or plastic. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the attached drawing include that the bottle has the shape of an elongated solid, similar in shape to a truncated cylinder, and is provided with a neck on the upper surface, terminating in a circumferential ring. The front wall of the bottle is beveled so that it forms a slightly convex surface towards the outside. The front wall is beveled asymmetrically. On one side, the front wall bevel runs diagonally, from the top to the bottom of the bottle, towards the center of the front wall.
