PL 24027 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest nakladka ozdobna, przeznaczona do mocowania na zderzakach samochodów w celach ochronnych i ozdobnych. Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1–2 pokazano w widoku z góry 2 odmiany wzoru. Dodatkowo na fig. 1a pokazano fragment podstawowej odmiany nakladki w widoku perspektywicznym, obrazujacy jej uksztaltowanie – zagiecie zewnetrznej krawedzi, dostosowane do ksztaltu zderzaka oraz obrazujace wysokosc przetloczen. Nakladki wedlug wzoru sa wykonane z polakierowanej na czarno stalowej blachy, w której wyko- nano przetloczenia wystajace ponad podstawowa powierzchnie, przy czym powierzchnie górne przetlo- czen sa pozbawione farby przez zeszlifowanie, które nadaje powierzchni wystepów charakterystyczny kolor surowej stali, kontrastujacy z czarnym, nizszym tlem lub w negatywie powierzchnie przetloczen sa pomalowane na czarno a blacha podstawowa ma kolor surowej stali. Ksztalt nakladki jest dostosowany do ksztaltu zderzaka w samochodzie i jest zblizony do wycinka luku kola. Zewnetrzna krawedz nakladki jest zagieta, dostosowana do zewnetrznego ksztaltu zderzaka. Odmiana 1 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 1, to lukowata nakladka posiadajaca przetloczenia w ksztalcie trapezów ustawionych dluzsza podstawa w strone zagietej krawedzi nakladki, rozmieszczonych w re- gularnych odstepach wzdluz luku, przy czym podstawowa powierzchnia nakladki ma kolor czarny, a górne powierzchnie przetloczen maja po zeszlifowaniu kolor surowej stali. Odmiana 2 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 2, to nakladka jak w odmianie 1, przy czym jej kolorystyka stanowi negatyw kolorystyki z odmiany pierwszej. Cechy istotne wzoru to charakterystyczny ksztalt nakladki z jej zdobieniami, które sa w postaci wystajacych ponad podstawowa powierzchnie przetloczen na powierzchni nakladki, nadajacych naklad- kom indywidualny charakter i zwiazana z tymi przetloczeniami charakterystyczna kolorystyka nakladki, gdzie podstawowa powierzchnia jest polakierowana na czarno, a górne powierzchnie przetloczen sa zeszlifowane tak, ze sa pozbawione farby i maja kolor surowej stali lub w negatywie nakladki górne powierzchnie przetloczen sa pomalowane na czarno a blacha podstawowa ma kolor surowej stali. To kolorystyka powoduje, ze przetloczenia wyraznie kontrastuja z tlem. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Figures 1-2 show two variants of the design in a top view. Additionally, Figure 1a shows a fragment of the basic overlay variant in a perspective view, illustrating its shape – the bend of the outer edge, adapted to the shape of the bumper, and illustrating the height of the embossing. The overlays according to the design are made of black-painted steel sheet in which embossing has been made, protruding above the base surface, with the upper surfaces of the embossings being stripped of paint by grinding, which gives the protrusions a characteristic raw steel color, contrasting with the black, lower background or, in negative, the embossing surfaces are painted black and the base sheet is the color of raw steel. The shape of the overlay is adapted to the shape of the vehicle's bumper and is similar to a segment of a wheel arch. The outer edge of the overlay is bent, conforming to the outer shape of the bumper. Design variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, is an arched overlay with trapezoidal embossing arranged with the longer base toward the bent edge of the overlay, spaced at regular intervals along the arc. The base surface of the overlay is black, and the upper surfaces of the embossings have the color of raw steel after sanding. Design variant 2, shown in Fig. 2, is an overlay similar to design variant 1, with its coloring being a negative of the first design. The essential features of the design include the distinctive shape of the overlay with its decorations, which are embossed sections protruding above the base surface, giving the overlays a unique character. The overlay's characteristic color scheme is associated with these embossments. The base surface is painted black, and the upper surfaces of the embossments are sanded so that they are free of paint and have the color of raw steel, or in the negative of the overlay, the upper surfaces of the embossments are painted black and the base sheet has the color of raw steel.
