Abstract
Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest sposób wytwarzania sztucznej skóry, który polega na zmieszaniu wytłoków roślinnych zawierających anionowe biopolimery z polimerem powłokotwórczym i innymi dodatkami funkcjonalnymi następnie wylaniu i wysuszeniu. Sposób charakteryzuje się tym, że zhomogenizowane wytłoki w ilości od 40% wagowych do 80% wagowych w przeliczeniu na suchą masę miesza się z plastyfikatorem w ilości od 0% do 25% wagowych i wodnym roztworem polimeru rozpuszczalnego lub pęczniejącego w wodzie zawierającego grupy kationowe w ilości od 1% do 20% wagowych w stosunku do suchej masy wytłoków. Następnie dodaje się wodną dyspersję polimerową o zawartości substancji stałej od 30% do 60% wagowych w ilości od 30% do 50% wagowych w przeliczeniu na suchą masę pozostałych składników mieszaniny. Całość miesza się, po czym dodaje się wodę w ilości do uzyskania właściwej lepkości dla równomiernego rozprowadzania na powierzchni w zakresie od 100 do 3000 mPas. Uzyskaną mieszaninę wylewa się i suszy w temperaturze od 60°C do 170°C przez czas od kilku minut do 600 minut.
Claims (4)
1. Sposób wytwarzania sztucznej skóry polegający na zmieszaniu wytłoków roślinnych zawierających anionowe biopolimery z polimerem powłokotwórczym i innymi dodatkami funkcjonalnymi następnie wylaniu i wysuszeniu, znamienny tym, że zhomogenizowane wytłoki miesza się w ilości od 40% wagowych do 80% wagowych w przeliczeniu na suchą masę z plastyfikatorem w ilości od 0% do 25% wagowych i wodnym roztworem polimeru kationowego rozpuszczalnego lub pęczniejącego w wodzie zawierającego grupy kationowe w ilości od 1% do 20% wagowych w stosunku do suchej masy wytłoków, przy czym jako plastyfikator stosuje się alkohole wielowodorotlenowe lub ich pochodne z grupy estrów lub eterów zaś jako roztwór kationowego polimeru stosuje się chitozan lub PDADMAC lub czwartorzędową sól amonową hydroksyetylocelulozy lub kopolimer (kwas akrylowy / akrylamid / chlorek metakrylamidopropyltriamonu) lub DEAE dekstran lub poliaminę lub kopolimer (akrylamid / chlorek diallilo dimetylo amonu), następnie dodaje się wodną dyspersję polimerową o zawartości substancji stałej od 30% do 60% wagowych w ilości od 30% do 50% wagowych w przeliczeniu na suchą masę
PL 240 444 B1 pozostałych składników mieszaniny, przy czym jako wodną dyspersję polimerową stosuje się żywicę poliuretanową lub żywicę winylową (octan winylu) lub żywicę akrylowo-styrenową, całość miesza się, po czym dodaje się wodę, przy czym lepkość uzyskanej mieszaniny znajduje się w zakresie od 100 do 3000 mPas, po czym uzyskaną mieszaninę wylewa się i suszy w temperaturze od 60°C do 170°C przez czas od dwóch minut do 600 minut, a jako wytłoki stosuje się rozdrobnione wytłoki jabłkowe i/lub wytłoki marchwiowe lub zmielone wysłodki buraczane lub zmielone makuchy z nasion lnu lub zmielone makuchy z nasion rzepaku lub zmielone makuchy z nasion słonecznika.
