Gong mieszkaniowy Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 18.05.2001 Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest gong mieszkaniowy. Nowa postac przedmiotu przejawia sie w ukladzie linii, ksztalcie i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniono na zalaczonym rysunku , na którym: fig. 1 przedstawia widok gongu z góry, fig. 2 widok gongu z boku. Gong stanowi pod wzgledem kompozycji i formy plastycznej postac bryly skladajacej sie z pokrywy 1 , polaczonej za pomoca zatrzasków z uniwersalnym korpusem 2 . Pokrywa 1 umieszczona jest w górnej czesci gongu i stanowi w widoku z góry prostokat 0 stosunku boków 1:1,45, natomiast w widoku z boku w obrysie zewnetrznym o ksztalcie kladu polowy walca eliptycznego, którego pólos duza elipsy w stosunku do malej pólosi elipsy wynosi 2,66 :1 1 zawier a na swojej górnej powierzchni forme plastyczna w postacinadstawki , której stosunek wysokosci liczonej od podstawy do wielkosci krótszej pólosi walca eliptycznego wynosi 1.09:1, a w rzucie z góry nadstawka jest ograniczona powierzchniami prostopadlymi do podstawy, których stosunek odleglosci do szerokosci wycinka walca eliptycznego wynosi 1: 1.48, natomiast pozostale powierzchnie boczne uzyskane sa z wycinków walców cylindrycznych o stosunku wysokosci czaszy do dlugosci boku nadstawki wynoszacym 1: 22.6 , przy czym na górnej powierzchni nadstawki w osi symetrii nadstawki wykonano 8 falistych wglebien o zarysie identycznym jak krawedz przenikania krótszego boku nadstawki i stosunku szerokosci bruzdy i wystepu do dluzszego boku nadstawki wynoszacym 1: 32 . Podstawe gongu stanowi nieregularny korpus 2 bedacy elementem mocujacym uklady elektroniczne. Gong mieszkaniowy wykonany jest z tworzyw sztucznych , o powierzchniach zewnetrznych elementów w dowolnym , jednakowym kolorze i duzym polysku. Gong mieszkaniowy przeznaczony jest do sygnalizacji dzwiekowej , przyzywowej w obwodach elektrycznej instalacji mieszkaniowej. The new form of the object is manifested in the arrangement of lines, shape, and color. The cover 1 is placed in the upper part of the gong and in the top view is a rectangle with a side ratio of 1:1.45, while in the side view in the external outline it has the shape of a half-elliptical cylinder, the major half-axis of which is in relation to the minor half-axis of the ellipse is 2.66:1 1 contains on its upper surface a plastic form in the form of an extension, the ratio of the height measured from the base to the size of the shorter half-axis of the elliptical cylinder is 1.09:1, and in the top view the extension is limited by surfaces perpendicular to the base, the ratio of the distance to the width of the elliptical cylinder segment is 1:1.48, while the remaining side surfaces are obtained from segments of cylindrical cylinders with a ratio of the height of the bowl to the length of the extension side of 1:22.6, wherein on The upper surface of the extension features eight wavy recesses along the extension's axis of symmetry, with an outline identical to the penetration edge of the extension's shorter side. The ratio of the groove and protrusion width to the extension's longer side is 1:32. The base of the chime is an irregular body 2, which serves as a mounting element for the electronic circuits.
