Opis wynalazkuDescription of the invention
Przedmiotem wynalazku jest system precyzyjnego określania pozycji obiektu.The subject of the invention is a system for precise determination of the position of an object.
Very popular positioning systems are satellite and radio systems using systems based on GPS, RFID, UWB, BLUETOOTH, WiFi. However, their positioning accuracies are not sufficient to ensure the correct guidance of the tool along a given trajectory, where the positioning accuracy should be <= 1 mm. Positioning solutions available on the market do not provide sufficient positioning accuracy continuously - so that it is possible to use this information to guide the tool, e.g. in the form of a cutting or welding torch.
Znane rozwiązania wykazują niewystarczającą dokładność pozycjonowania dostępnych systemów pozycjonowania. Ponadto odznaczają się niewystarczającą prędkością działania (częstotliwości aktualizowania informacji o pozycji).Known solutions show insufficient positioning accuracy of the available positioning systems. In addition, they are characterized by insufficient operating speed (frequency of updating information about the position).
Istniejące systemy pozycjonowania korzystają z różnych sposobów określania pozycji, bazując na informacji o punktach odniesienia oraz na:Several object positioning systems are described in the literature. The most popular are the systems that use radio or infrared waves, which work well in open spaces. However, in confined spaces, position readings may be incorrect due to repeated reflections of electromagnetic waves. Existing positioning systems use different ways to determine position based on information about reference points and on:
- pomiarach odległości - jest to jedna z najczęściej stosowanych technik określania pozycji obiektu, wykorzystująca metodę trilateracji, w której wymagana jest znajomość minimum trzech odległości (np. GPS);- distance measurements - it is one of the most commonly used techniques for determining the position of an object, using the trilateration method, in which it is required to know at least three distances (eg GPS);
- pomiarach kątów - gdzie do określenia pozycji obiektu wykorzystuje metodę triangulacji, w której wymagana jest znajomość minimum trzech kątów;- angle measurements - where to determine the position of the object it uses the triangulation method, in which it is required to know at least three angles;
- pomiarach jednej odległości i dwóch kątów - stosowana w systemach śledzenia wizyjnego;- measurements of one distance and two angles - used in vision tracking systems;
- pomiarze mocy sygnału - punkty bazowe (odniesienia) wysyłają sygnał (najczęściej drogą radiową lub w podczerwieni), a pozycja obiektu jest określana poprzez pomiar mocy odebranego sygnału.- signal strength measurement - base (reference) points send a signal (most often via radio or infrared), and the position of the object is determined by measuring the strength of the received signal.
Currently, two techniques are used to measure the distance between an object and reference points, based on the measurement of the time of flight and the measurement of the signal reception time difference.
Na podstawie informacji o kącie i czasie odebrania wiązki odbitej na poszczególnych stacjach bazowych wyliczana jest pozycja obiektu.EP0659265 discloses a spatial positioning and measurement system providing information about the position of an object in three dimensions using one or more fixed base stations and one or more portable position sensor systems. The presented system, using at least 3 stationary base stations, allows to determine the position of one or more portable reflectors. Each of the fixed base stations produces a set of laser beams rotating at a constant angular speed. Additionally, each of the base stations has a light receiver. As soon as the rotating light beam is in line with the portable position reflector - it will be reflected and picked up by the base station. The position of the object is calculated based on the information about the angle and time of receiving the beam reflected at individual base stations.
The patent description US20190141470 describes a system that combines a real-time location system (RTLS) and a robotic total station (RTS) in the form of a theodolite and an electronic distance sensor. The measurement of the position of the tracked object in the presented solution is made by tracking the position of the operator approaching the target place through the RTLS or RTS system, depending on the distance of the operator from the target place. This solution has the disadvantage that the positioning of the object requires the use of an operator, so that the presented solution is not fully autonomous.
The essence of the solution is a system for precise determination of the position of the object using one or more fixed base stations with light beam transmitters, one or more portable systems with a position sensor and a light receiver located on the object, changing its position in space, in which each of the light beam transmitters has at least one backlash-free drive system and controller, characterized in that the light receiver has an optical sensor grid forming a plurality of cylindrically arranged light sensors, and a controller and wireless two-way information exchange with transmitters by means of a communication module.
Eliminuje konieczność stosowaniaThe system according to the invention provides continuous (continuously updated) and precise (less than 1 mm) information about the position of the object in space. Eliminates the need for use
