Na kazdej z prostokatnych czesci znajduje sie polowa ksztaltu przypominajacego zarysem motyla z rozlozonymi skrzydlami w ten sposób, ze po zetknieciu obu czesci frontu wzdluz dluzszych boków powstanie pelen ksztalt przypominajacy zarysem motyla z rozlozonymi skrzydlami, skladajacy sie z dwóch czesci usytuowanych w jednej plaszczyznie. Na lewej czesci frontu meblowego (patrzac na wprost) znajduje sie 6 okraglych, wypuklych punktów ukladajacych sie w dwa znaki alfabetu Braille'a odpowiadajace literom „m" oraz „o"; na prawej czesci frontu meblowego znajduje sie 12 okraglych, wypuklych punktów ukladajacych sie w trzy znaki alfabetu Braille'a odpowiadajace literom „t", „y" oraz „I". Po zetknieciu obu czesci frontu wzdluz dluzszego boku powstanie napis „Motyl" ulozony ze znajdujacych sie w jednej plaszczyznie znaków alfabetu Braille'a. W piatej odmianie przedstawionej na fig. 5 plycina w postaci ksztaltu przypominajacego motyla z rozlozonymi skrzydlami jest wklesla w stosunku do pozostalej powierzchni frontu. It has the form of a rectangular board decorated with panels. The furniture front is made of wood, MDF, laminated plywood, or other wood-like material. All elements of the furniture front are varnished. The essence of the industrial design is a new and individual form of the furniture front, manifesting itself in the specific and characteristic shape of (i) a decorative panel in the form of a shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings, having a head and a body, and (ii) decorative panels in the form of convex dots arranged in characters constituting a word written in the Braille alphabet (an alphabet enabling blind people to write and read texts). Essential features of an industrial design The furniture front presented in illustrations fig. 1–9 is characterized by the following essential features: 1. it has the form of a cuboidal board, the front wall of which is decorated with a panel in the form of an outline resembling a butterfly with spread wings, having a head and a body, wherein the part of the outline imitating the butterfly’s head and body is situated in the centre of the front, and the parts of the outline imitating two pairs of wings (larger – in the upper part and smaller – in the lower part of the front) are situated symmetrically on the left and right parts of the front; 2. in the lower part of the furniture front there are round panels in the form of dots that are convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, arranged into characters writing words in the Braille alphabet. Industrial Design VariationsThe industrial design is shown in the attached illustrative material (Fig. 1–9) in nine variations, differing in the color scheme used, the division of the front into two parts, the convexity or concavity of the decorative panel in a shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings, and the number of Braille characters used. The convexity or concavity of the panels may result from gluing prefabricated elements to the front or from milling the front surface with an appropriate tool. The industrial design is presented in an oblique front view. 1. In the first variation shown in Fig. 1, the panel in a shape resembling a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the remaining surface of the front. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 18 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, forming five Braille characters, forming the inscription "Butterfly" in this alphabet. The shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings and the Braille characters are black, while the remaining part of the front is white. 2. In the second variant shown in Fig. 2, the panel in the form of a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the rest of the front surface. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 18 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, forming five Braille characters, forming the inscription "Butterfly" in this alphabet. The shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings and the Braille characters are white, while the remainder of the front is black. 3. In the third variant, shown in Fig. 3, the panel resembling a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the remainder of the front. The lower part of the furniture front contains 18 circular panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the remainder of the front, forming five Braille characters, forming the word "Butterfly" in this alphabet. In the fourth variation, shown in Fig. 4, the panel, shaped like a butterfly with spread wings, is convex in relation to the remaining surface of the front. In this variation, the front surface is divided into two rectangular parts of equal dimensions, touching along the longer side and positioned in a single plane. Each rectangular part has half of the shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings. When the two parts of the front are joined along the longer sides, a full shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings is created, consisting of two parts positioned in a single plane. On the left side of the furniture front (looking straight ahead) there are 6 round, convex dots forming two Braille characters corresponding to the letters "m" and "o"; on the right side of the furniture front there are 12 round, convex dots forming three Braille characters corresponding to the letters "t", "y", and "I". When the two parts of the front are brought together along the longer side, the word "Butterfly" is created, composed of Braille characters arranged in one plane. The shape resembles the outline of a butterfly with spread wings; the Braille characters and the rest of the front are white. 5. In the fifth variant shown in Fig. 5, the panel in the shape of a butterfly with spread wings is concave in relation to the remaining surface of the front. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 18 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the remaining surface of the front, forming five Braille characters forming the word "Butterfly" in this alphabet. The shape resembling the outline of a butterfly with spread wings and the Braille characters are black, while the remaining part of the front is white. 6. In the sixth variant shown in Fig. 6, the panel in the shape resembling a butterfly with spread wings is concave in relation to the remaining surface of the front. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 18 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, forming five Braille characters, forming the inscription "Butterfly" in this alphabet. The shape resembles the outline of a butterfly with spread wings, the Braille characters and the remaining part of the front are white. 7. In the seventh variant shown in Fig. 7, the panel in the form of a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the rest of the front surface. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 20 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, forming eight Braille characters, forming the inscription "Underwear" in this alphabet. The shape resembles the outline of a butterfly with spread wings, the Braille characters, and the remaining part of the front are white. 8. In the eighth variant, shown in Fig. 8, the panel in the shape of a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the remaining surface of the front. In the lower part of the furniture front, there are 16 circular panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the remaining surface of the front, forming seven Braille characters, forming the word "Zabawki" in this alphabet. The shape resembles the outline of a butterfly with spread wings and the Braille characters are white, while the remaining part of the front is black. 9. In the ninth variant shown in Fig. 9, the panel in the shape of a butterfly with spread wings is convex in relation to the rest of the front surface. In the lower part of the furniture front there are 25 round panels in the form of dots convex in relation to the rest of the front surface, arranged in seven Braille characters, forming the inscription "I LOVE YOU" in that alphabet; this is an inscription in English, the translation of which into Polish is "KOCHAM CIE". The shape resembles the outline of a butterfly with spread wings, the Braille characters, and the rest of the front are light brown (wood-like).
