Z odpowiedniej ilosci takich galazek wytwarza sie choinki w kolorze rózowym. W obrocie spotkac mozemy, choinki z tworzyw sztucznych, jednakze choinka wykonana z gala- zek majacych byc przedmiotem tego wzoru przemyslowego, charakteryzuje sie innowacja, w postaci wykonania jej z galazek wykonanych z polietylenu w kolorze rózowym, co sprawia iz jej wyglad ulega znaczacej przemianie. Przedmiot wzoru najlepiej zobrazuje zalaczona ilustracja. Ilustracja przedstawia przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego – galazke z tworzywa sztucznego w kolorze rózowym wykonana z polietylenu. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Cechy istotne zglaszanego wzoru to: a) rózowa barwa; b) ksztalt galazki jak na zalaczonej ilustracji; c) wykonanie z polietylenu.
