Istote wzoru zdobniczego stanowi nowa postac gogli, przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie i ukladzie powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materia- le ilustracyjnym, na którym fig. 1 przedstawia gogle w widoku perspektywicz- nym, w kierunku na scianke przednia i dolna, fig. 2 - gogle w widoku perspek- tywicznym, w kierunku na scianke przednia i boczna, fig. 3 - gogle w widoku perspektywicznym, w kierunku na scianke przednia i górna,fig. 4 - gogle w widoku z boku, fig. 5 - gogle w widoku z góry, zas fig. 6 przed- stawia gogle w widoku od dolu. Gogle posiadajace czesc okularowa i pas utrzymujacy gogle charakteryzuje sie tym, ze czesc okularowa posiada czesc przednia z górna krawedzia lekko wygie- ta ku dolowi w czesci srodkowej i bocznymi czesciami skierowanymi ku dolowi, w strone zapinek. Krawedz dolna od strony zapinek skierowana jest ku dolowi, po czym na szero- kosci 1/3 pojedynczego okulara skierowana jest ku górze zmniejszajac szero- kosc o okolo 1/3, tworzac wyciecie przypominajace trójkat. Czesc tylnia czesci okularowej polaczona jest z wewnetrzna czescia przedniej czesci okularowej. W widoku z boku ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata i jest okolo dwukrotnie szersza od czesci tylnej znajdujacej sie w srodkowej czesci okularowej. Czesc tylna na calym obwodzie posiada wygieta krawedz, która wystaje ponad czesc przednia okularowa. Z czescia okularowa polaczony jest zapinka prostokatny pas z napisem. Zapin- ka wykonana z jednej strony z prostokatnego elementu w ksztalcie litery „U", z prostokatnym wypelnieniem umieszczonym pomiedzy ramionami litery „U", a z drugiej strony z prostokatnego elementu w ksztalcie litery „C", której rozstaw wewnetrznej czesci ramion odpowiada szerokosci pasa. The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of goggles, manifested in their shape and surface arrangement. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the goggles in a perspective view, looking towards the front and bottom wall, Fig. 2 - the goggles in a perspective view, looking towards the front and side wall, Fig. 3 - the goggles in a perspective view, looking towards the front and top wall, Fig. 4 - the goggles in a side view, Fig. 5 - the goggles in a top view, while Fig. 6 shows the goggles in a bottom view. Goggles with a spectacle section and a strap retaining the goggles are characterized by the spectacle section having a front section with an upper edge slightly curved downward in the central section and lateral sections directed downward toward the buckles. The lower edge facing the buckles points downward, then upwards for a width of 1/3 of the individual spectacle, reducing the width by approximately 1/3, creating a triangular cutout. The rear section of the spectacle section is connected to the inner part of the front spectacle section. From a side view, it has a roughly rectangular shape and is approximately twice as wide as the rear section located in the central spectacle section. The rear section has a curved edge along its entire circumference, protruding above the front spectacle section. A rectangular strip with an inscription is connected to the glasses with a clasp. The clasp is made on one side of a rectangular element in the shape of the letter "U," with a rectangular filling placed between the arms of the letter "U," and on the other side of a rectangular element in the shape of the letter "C," the spacing of the inner part of the arms of which corresponds to the width of the belt.
