Kalendarz ten oprócz swojej podstawowej funkcji czyli oznaczania poszczególnych dni tygodni i miesiecy, daje mozliwosc zapisywania róznorodnych wydarzen i planowanych zadan oraz obowiaz- ków, takich jak wizyty u lekarza, zakupy, spotkania, posilki i inne. Kalendarz jest przeznaczony do zapi- sywania wydarzen zwiazanych z zajeciami czlonków rodziny jak równiez dotyczacych wychowania dzieci i kierowania ich rozwojem fizycznym oraz intelektualnym. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez uksztaltowanie powierzchni, uklad linii, kontury, kolorystke, material oraz ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Pokrywa umozliwia mocowanie na niej dwóch rodzajów naklejek, opisanych powy- zej, symbolizujacych okreslone plany i czynnosci w zyciu rodziny oraz naklejek podluznych. Sa one przymocowane do arkusza, podzielonego na równe pod wzgle- dem wymiarów pola. W te pola sa wklejone, powleczone od spodu samoprzylepna folia kóleczka z róznymi rysunkami. Rysunki na kóleczkach symbolizuja rózne czynnosci towarzyszace zyciu rodziny, wychowaniu i ksztalceniu dzieci. It is intended for wall hanging. In addition to its primary function of marking individual days of the week and month, this calendar allows for recording various events and planned tasks and responsibilities, such as doctor's appointments, shopping, meetings, meals, and more. The calendar is intended for recording events related to the activities of family members, as well as those related to raising children and guiding their physical and intellectual development. The essence of the design is the product's new and unique form, given to it by the surface shape, line layout, contours, colors, material, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the design is presented in the attached illustrations, in which fig. 1 – shows the front wall of the calendar, fig. 2 – shows the back of the calendar from the outside, fig. 3 – shows the back of the calendar from the inside, fig. 4 – a transparent cover mounted inside the calendar, fig. 5 – a cover with attached longitudinal stickers, fig. 6 – a magnified view of the longitudinal stickers before mounting on the cover, fig. 7 – a sheet with stickers, included in the calendar accessories, fig. 8 – a sheet of calendar card variant 1, fig. 9 – a sheet of calendar card variant 2, fig. 10 – a sheet of calendar card variant 3, fig. 11 – a sheet of calendar card variant 4. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design presented in the attached drawings include: It should be noted that the family planner calendar is shaped like a rectangular bundle of sheets, joined along the top edge with a spiral staple. The back of the calendar extends beyond the lower edge of the front panel and the bundle of sheets. In the protruding part of the back, on the front side, there is a holder for a pen located in the center, intended for making notes on the calendar-planner pages. The exterior of the calendar's front panel is decorated with graphic designs arranged in alternating horizontal rows. At the bottom, it has a strip of informational inscriptions, while approximately in the center of the front surface, between the top edge and the strip of informational inscriptions, is a rectangular panel with fanciful inscriptions. The crosswise strip at the bottom and the rectangular panel in the center are the same color. The outer back of the calendar is decorated at the top with graphic designs, identical to those on the front panel. Below this decoration is a board resembling the calendar page inside the packet. This card, at the bottom right, is covered with a drawing of the sticker sheet included with the calendar, and on top of it is a fragment of the overlay for changing from week to week. Below this are two horizontal stripes in the color of the board on the front panel. Advertising and promotional markings are placed between these stripes. The inner back of the calendar has a pocket near the bottom edge for placing stickers. The pocket is decorated with the same ornament as the front panel. A pen holder is attached to the pocket in the center. The part of the wall to which the calendar pocket is attached is visible from the front. Above the pocket, on the inside back of the calendar, are printed lines for notes, and below them are sections indicating the month, separately for each month. The calendar/family planner also includes a transparent cover, attached to the calendar sheet. Its shape mirrors the outline of the calendar page without overlapping the perforated section. The cover allows for the attachment of two types of stickers, described above, symbolizing specific plans and activities in family life, as well as oblong stickers. The stickers, which complement the calendar/family planner, are detachable, following an industrial design. They are attached to the sheet, which is divided into equal-sized sections. Circles with various drawings are glued into these fields, coated on the back with self-adhesive foil. The drawings on the circles symbolize various activities associated with family life, raising children, and educating them. These include drawings of a vacuum cleaner, a shopping basket, a car, tools, clothes, a doctor's headset, an exclamation point, a gift package, scissors and a comb, a frog, a book, a table setting, a heart, a bicycle, a church, theater masks, musical notes, figures practicing various sports, an airplane, and flags of foreign countries. These symbols indicate activities that should be remembered. The longitudinal overlays are sheets divided into horizontal sections. They are mounted on a transparent cover. The calendar page – a family planner, based on industrial design, variant 1, shown in Fig. 8 – has a strip at the top that matches the strip and the board on the front of the calendar. This strip is centered on a white board with an inscription indicating the month to which the page relates. The remaining surface of the calendar page is divided into vertical columns and transverse rows. The outermost column is equipped with inscriptions indicating the subsequent days of the month, including the names of the days of the week. At the bottom is a section for notes, with the edge between the fixed part of the sheet and the notes section being perforated. The section of the sheet designated for notes is divided into smaller sections by perforated lines running perpendicular to the perforated edge separating the notes section from the fixed part of the sheet. The outermost section of this section is filled with writing. This is a space for inspiration. The calendar/family planner card, industrial design variant 2, illustrated in Fig. 9, has a top band in the color of the band and the board on the front with a blank white board. Its remaining surface is divided into vertical columns and crosswise rows. The outermost column is provided with inscriptions showing the consecutive days of the month, along with the names of the days of the week. The edge between the fixed part of the sheet and the notes section is perforated. The section of the sheet designated for notes is divided into smaller sections by perforated lines running perpendicular to the perforated edge, separating the notes section from the fixed part of the sheet. In the right corner is a rectangular section, inscribed by the publisher, providing inspiration for each day. The remaining sheet surface is divided into vertical columns and crosswise rows.
