W polu identyfikujacym umieszczony jest napis „POLICJA" wykonany z folii odblaskowej w kolorze srebrnym, znajdujacy sie na granatowym prostokatnym tle. W czesci górnej i dolnej pola identyfikujacego znajduja sie paski z folii odblaskowej o szerokosci 1 cm w kolorze srebrnym rozmieszczone symetrycznie. Istotna cecha tego wzoru przemyslowego jest: – napis „POLICJA" w kolorze srebrnym.
