PL 24537 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest kamizelka ostrzegawcza o intensywnej widzialnosci, umozliwiajaca dobra widocznosc uzytkownika w kazdych warunkach oswietlenia, zarówno w swietle dziennym jak i w ciemnosci przy oswietleniu na przyklad przez reflektory pojazdu. Kamizelka zapinana z przodu na napy, po bokach regulowana za pomoca tasm samosczepnych, wykonana jest z materialu w kolorze zóltym – fluorescencyjnym i wyposazona w uklad usytuowanych na przodzie oraz tyle równoleglych bialych tasm – niektórych z czerwonymi wypustkami, srebrnych tasm odblaskowych, i miejscami na umieszczenie napisów identyfikujacych, jak pokazano na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym Fig. 1, Fig. 2. The vest fastens at the front with snaps and is adjustable at the sides with self-adhesive tapes. It is made of a yellow fluorescent material and features a system of parallel white tapes at the front and back, some with red tabs, silver reflective tapes, and spaces for identifying inscriptions, as shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1, Fig. 2.
