Przedmiotem wynalazku jest składany regał ekspozycyjny wolnostojący, przeznaczony do eksponowania produktów. Regał ekspozycyjny posiadający korpus oraz wykonane z osobnych wykrojów wsporniki, połączone ze ścianami bocznymi korpusu od strony jego wnętrza, przy czym ściana tylna i ściany boczne korpusu wykonane są z osobnych wykrojów i połączone są ze sobą w sposób trwały, charakteryzuje się tym, że ściany boczne korpusu posiadają w warstwach wewnętrznych co najmniej parę otworów (24) oraz regał wyposażony jest w co najmniej dwa podłużne poziome wsporniki (4), wyposażone są na obu końcach w co najmniej jeden zaczep, przy czym wspornik (4) jest połączony rozłącznie ze ścianami bocznymi poprzez umieszczenie zaczepów w ścianie bocznej na wysokości otworów (24).The subject of the invention is a free-standing, foldable display rack intended for displaying products. Górna warstwa 35 półki 3 jest dwukrotnie podklejana od dołu, najpierw warstwą środkową 36, po zagięciu jej o 180 st., a następnie warstwą dolną, po wcześniejszym uformowaniu rantu 32 z pasów 38. Do pasa 38 rantu 32, przylegającego do warstwy dolnej 37, przylegają wypusty 39, wyposażone w drugi symetryczny wypust 39’ przy boku od strony warstwy środkowej, a z drugiego boku w trapezową zakładkę 391. Do górnej krawędzi panelu przedniego 51 przylega oddzielona linią gięcia klapka łącząca 55, do której przeciwległej krawędzi przylega panel wspornikowy 4’, stanowiący po złożeniu dolny, przedni wspornik 4 regału. Dodatkowo regał wyposażony jest w panel górny 6 wystający ponad regał, stanowiący dodatkową powierzchnię ekspozycyjną regału. Zarówno półki 3 jak i wsporniki 4 nie są trwale związane z pozostałymi elementami regału, dzięki czemu można je dowolnie wyciągać i ponownie montować do regału. Produkty można stawiać bezpośrednio na wspornikach 4 lub na półkach 3 umieszczonych na tych wspornikach 3. Dzięki takiej konstrukcji regału jeden korpus umożliwia eksponowanie różnych produktów i dopasowanie sposobu ekspozycji w zależności od potrzeby lub rodzaju produktu. The outer surfaces 22 of the side walls 2 are provided along their lateral edges with side folds 23, by means of which the side walls 2 are glued to the rear wall 1 of the body, and along their upper edges with an upper fold 26. The outer layers 22 of the side wall 2 are provided along their lower edges with lower folds 27 connected to the substrate in order to stabilize the body. In the inner layer 21 of the side wall 2, in the upper left corner, there is a recess in the shape corresponding to the upper tab 26, which after folding is glued to the outer layer 22 of the side wall 2. The inner surfaces 21 of the side walls 2 have three pairs of through holes 24 in the shape of the letter "T". From the ends of the horizontal slot of holes 24, vertical cutting lines 25 extend upwards, allowing the wall layer to be tilted, facilitating the placement of the bracket 4 in the opening 24. Between the layers of the side wall 2, there is an insert 7 of the side wall 2, which is shown in Fig. 8. In the insert 7, there are rectangular holes 71 located at the same height as the holes 24 in the side wall 2, thanks to which the additional layer does not cover the holes 24 and allows the hooks 42 of the brackets 4 to be mounted in the spaces created. In the lower part of the insert 7, in the front part of the shelf, there are rectangular indentations 72. The supports 4 are made of rectangular panels 41 that are adjacent to each other and glued together, bent along the bending lines separating the panels 41 from the narrow strip 43 located between them. Rectangular wings are adjacent to the panels 41 of the support 4, separated by the bending line, and when unfolded, they constitute a catch 42. The holes 24 have the shape of the letter "T", the lower vertical part of which has the same shape as the cross-section of the support 4. The width of the upper part of the holes corresponds to the width of the catch 42. The supports 4 are detachably connected to the side walls 2 by embedding the support 4 in the lower part of the holes 24 and placing the catch 42 between the inner and outer layers 21 and 22 of the side wall 2, which prevents the support 4 from moving. Shelves 3 can be placed on the supports 4, with the maximum number of shelves 3 depends on the number of holes 24 and slots 11 made in the side walls 2 and the rear wall 1 of the body, respectively, and the mounted brackets 4. The shelf 3 is made of one sheet of material divided by bending lines into three layers: top 35, middle 36 and bottom 37. Two rectangular projections 34, cut out from the surface of the middle layer 36, adjoin the edge of the top layer 35 on the side of the middle layer 36, which are anchored in the slots 11 made in the rear wall 1. The side edges of the upper layer 35 are adjoined by wings divided in half by bending lines, which, when folded at a right angle, form locking projections 31 of shelf 3. Between the upper layer 35 and the lower layer 37, there are two symmetrical edge strips 38, separated from each other and from layers 35 and 37 by bending lines, which, when folded, form the edge 32 of shelf 3. The upper layer 35 of shelf 3 is glued twice from the bottom, first with the middle layer 36, after bending it by 180 degrees, and then with the lower layer, after previously forming the edge 32 from strips 38. The strip 38 of edge 32, adjoining the lower layer 37, is adjoined by projections 39, equipped with a second symmetrical projection 39' at the side from the middle layer side, and with a trapezoidal tab 391. The symmetrical projections 39 and 39' are glued together and form the short side walls 33 of shelf 3, while the trapezoidal tab 391 is glued to the middle layer 36 of shelf 3, which fits into an identical trapezoidal recess located in the lower layer 37 of shelf 3. The shelf is equipped at the front with a plinth 5 made of one sheet of material. The plinth 5 consists of a front panel 51 equipped with side flaps 52 and a bottom flap 53 adjacent to the ground, which bottom flap 53 is equipped with wings 54 at its ends, which are bent upwards at a right angle and placed between the inner and outer layers 21 and 22 of the side wall 2. A connecting flap 55 separated by a bending line is adjacent to the upper edge of the front panel 51, to the opposite edge of which a support panel 4' is adjacent, constituting the lower, front support 4 of the shelf after folding. Additionally, the shelf is equipped with a top panel 6 protruding above the shelf, constituting an additional display surface of the shelf. Both shelves 3 and supports 4 are not permanently connected to the remaining elements of the shelf, thanks to which they can be freely removed and re-installed to the shelf. Products can be placed directly on the supports 4 or on shelves 3 placed on these supports 3. Thanks to this design of the shelf, one body allows for the display of various products and adjustment of the display method depending on the need or type of product. Additionally, it is possible to print the surface of the support 4, thanks to which an additional surface can be obtained on which information for customers can be placed.

Claims

1. A display rack having a body in the shape of a cuboid open at the front and at the top, equipped with a rear wall, side walls, each of which consists of an outer layer and an inner layer, and supports located between the side walls of the body, characterized in that the side walls (2) of the body have at least a pair of openings (24) located at the same height in the inner layers (21), and the rack is equipped with at least two longitudinal, horizontal supports (4) consisting of two rectangular sheets (41) of material, symmetrical with respect to the vertical plane, and a narrow strip (43) of material connecting the upper edges of the sheets (41), which supports (4) are equipped with at least one catch (42) at both ends, wherein the support (4) is releasably connected to the side walls (2) by means of catches (42) located in the openings (24) in the side wall (2).

2. A display shelf according to claim 1, characterized in that an elongated locking element is mounted between the panels (41) of the support (4), the end of which protrudes beyond the support (4) and constitutes a catch (42).

A display rack according to claim 1, characterized in that the panels (41) of the support (4) have rectangular wings on their shorter sides, perpendicular to the panels of the support (41), which wings constitute catches (42) located between the inner (21) and outer (22) layers of the side wall (2), wherein the lower part of the opening (24) in the side wall (2) corresponds in shape to the cross-section of the support (4), while the width of the upper part of the opening (24) corresponds to the width of the catch (42).

5. A display shelf according to claim 4, characterized in that the openings (24) in the side wall (2) are in the shape of the letter "T".

6. A display shelf according to claim 4, characterized in that vertical cutting lines (25) extend upwards from the ends of the upper part of the openings (24).

7. A display rack according to claim 1, characterized in that it is equipped with at least one shelf (3) which has at least one locking projection (31).
