Przykład 1Example 1
Do reaktora wprowadzono bazę koloidalną o składzie: mieszaninę 10 g alginian sodu i 10 g agar agar w formie proszku, 2 g karboksymetylocelulozy (CMC), 35 g 85,46% glicerolu i dopełniono do 1 l wodą destylowaną. Mieszano poprzez wytrząsanie 30 min. Następnie do bazy koloidalnej dodano sproszkowany biowęgiel z kokosa w ilości 30% bazy. A colloidal base consisting of 10 g of sodium alginate and 10 g of agar agar powder, 2 g of carboxymethylcellulose (CMC), 35 g of 85.46% glycerol was introduced into the reactor, and filled to 1 liter with distilled water. The mixture was mixed by shaking for 30 minutes. Powdered coconut biochar, 30% of the base, was then added to the colloidal base. The mixture was mixed by shaking for 15 minutes. After this time, the liquid was thermally formed – it was transferred to a mold and heated at 80°C for 45 minutes. It was then sprayed with a saturated solution of calcium chloride dihydrate (CaCl2 x 2H2O) for 10 minutes. The produced biopolymers were separated from the vessels, rinsed with distilled water, and dried for 120 minutes. A biofilm containing coconut biochar was created, suitable for use as biodegradable packaging. The biofilm contains no toxic ingredients, is flexible, and characterized by high durability and biodegradability within 3-6 months.
