The essence of the ornamental design is a new form of packaging manifested in the shape, arrangement of lines, drawing, color, and their combination, giving the ornamental design a new and original appearance with high aesthetic value. The subject of the ornamental design is shown in the attached photograph in an unfolded position, in a top view illustrating its appearance in detail. The packaging for EARL GREY loose-leaf tea, according to the decorative pattern, is a rectangular box, the surface of which is finished in a light yellow color, against which, on a background of a maroon-colored field separated by a gold border, the inscriptions: EARL GREY tea are located on the front wall in stylized letters contrasting with the background of the adjacent sides, information about the flavor of the tea blend, a suggestion for preparing the infusion, and information about the packer who submitted the packaging design for protection. Below, on part of the light yellow packaging walls, there is a graphic image of a teapot with a cup filled with a steaming gold liquid, information about the composition of the tea, the contents of the package, and the product's country of origin, as well as a code and a graphic symbol indicating that the tea is loose-leaf tea. Above, in red fields, is the applicant's registered trademark and a multiple graphic image of a teapot and cup contrasting against a light yellow background. The inscriptions and the graphic image of the teapot and cup on the packaging walls create a harmonious and legible color composition.
