PL 24806 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest podkladka pod mysz komputerowa. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac podkladki przejawiajaca sie w cechach linii konturów i ksztaltów elementów podkladki, nadajacych jej oryginalny i indywidualny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniono w odmianach na rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 do Fig. 3 przedstawiaja podkladke w widoku z góry, a Fig. 4 przedstawia podkladke w widoku z boku. Podkladka zawiera czesc 1 do manipulowania mysza oraz zelowa podpórke pod nadgarstek. Na czesc 1 naklejona jest aplikacja 2, majaca postac laty. Aplikacja 2 moze byc nosnikiem dowolnej grafiki, fotografii albo tekstu reklamowego. Odmiany przedstawione na Fig. 1, Fig. 2 i Fig. 3 przedstawia podkladki z róznymi wariantami ksztaltów aplikacji 2. Zastosowanie aplikacji 2 umozliwia umieszczenie na podkladce dowolnego, pelnokolorowego nadruku trwala metoda sublimacji. Nadruk ta metoda nie jest mozliwy bezposrednio na czesc 1 do manipulowania mysza ze wzgledu na material, z którego jest ona wykonana. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the pad, manifested in the features of the contour lines and shapes of the pad's elements, giving it an original and individual aesthetic appearance. The industrial design is shown in variations in the drawing, where Fig. 1 to Fig. 3 show the pad from above, and Fig. 4 shows the pad from a side view. The pad comprises a part 1 for manipulating the mouse and a gel wrist rest. An application 2, in the form of a patch, is glued to part 1. Application 2 can contain any graphic, photograph, or advertising text. The variations shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3 show pads with different variants of application shapes 2. The use of application 2 allows for placing any full-color print on the pad using the permanent sublimation method. Printing using this method is not possible directly on part 1 for manipulating the mouse due to the material from which it is made.
