PL 24863 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego sa dwie formy przestrzenne imitujace zasadniczo skrzydla husarskie przeznaczone do ozdoby – np. mocowania na pojazdach, przekazywania informacji, jako no- snik reklamy, zabawka czy element dydaktyczny. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac oraz kolorystyka przedmiotu, po- zwalajaca na latwe stosowanie, montaz i demontaz, a zatem przenoszenie i magazynowanie, dzieki czemu uzyskuje charakterystyczne cechy zdobnicze i uzytkowe, a nawet i dydaktyczne. Zestaw palaków i osadzonych w nich barwnych piór pozwala na dowolne zestawianie elementów skladowych w rózne kompozycje w zaleznosci od wymagan klienta. Przedmiot wzoru pokazano na zalaczonych fotografiach, gdzie na fig. 1 pokazano skrzydla w widoku z przodu z góry, na fig. 2 jedno ze skrzydel w widoku z góry, fig. 3 luk skrzydla w widoku z góry, na fig. 4 fragment prostego odcinka skrzydla w widoku z góry, fig. 5 perspektywiczny widok jednego ze skrzydel od wewnetrznej strony, fig. 6 perspektywiczny widok jednego ze skrzydel od ze- wnetrznej strony, fig. 7 klamra z zatrzaskiem mocujacym na szybie pojazdu. W celu lepszego zobrazowania wzoru przemyslowego do opisu zalaczono przykladowe zastoso- wanie wzoru na dodatkowym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie na fig. 8 – przyklad mocowania skrzydel na pojezdzie jednosladowym, a na fig. 9 – przyklad mocowania skrzydel na pojezdzie samochodowym. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego 1. Skrzydla husarskie charakteryzuja sie tym, ze maja dwa palaki w ksztalcie dwóch pól- luków, polówek litery „U", stanowiacych lustrzane odbicie, w których sa osadzone w kie- runku na zewnatrz stylizowane formy przestrzenne, przy czym w dolnych partiach pól- luków maja skierowane do wewnatrz zagiete pod katem prostym klamry zakonczone za- trzaskami w ksztalcie litery „U", jak to pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 8. 2. Skrzydla husarskie wedlug cechy 1 charakteryzuja sie tym, ze stylizowane formy prze- strzenne osadzone w póllukach maja lancetowaty ksztalt, na kazdym boku ukosne nacie- cia, elipsoidalne przekroje poprzeczne, a na obu powierzchniach jodelkowe wypuklosci, jak to pokazano na zalaczonej ilustracji fig. 1 do fig. 8. 3. The essence of the industrial design is the new and original form and color scheme of the item, allowing for easy use, assembly and disassembly, and therefore transport and storage, thus obtaining characteristic decorative, utilitarian, and even educational features. The set of batons and embedded colorful feathers allows for the free arrangement of the components into various compositions depending on the customer's requirements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, where Fig. 1 shows the wings in a front top view, Fig. 2 shows one of the wings in a top view, Fig. 3 shows the wing arc in a top view, Fig. 4 shows a fragment of a straight section of the wing in a top view, Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of one of the wings from the inside, Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of one of the wings from the outside, Fig. 7 shows a buckle with a fastening latch on a vehicle window. In order to better illustrate the industrial design, the description includes an example of using the design on additional illustrative material, where Fig. 8 shows an example of mounting the wings on a two-wheeled vehicle, and Fig. 9 shows an example of mounting the wings on a motor vehicle. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The hussar wings are characterized by having two bows in the shape of two half-arches, halves of the letter "U", which are mirror images, in which stylized three-dimensional forms are embedded outwards, while in the lower parts of the half-arches they have buckles directed inwards, bent at a right angle, ending with clasps in the shape of the letter "U", as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 to Fig. 8. 2. The hussar wings according to feature 1 are characterized by having stylized three-dimensional forms embedded in the half-arches have a lanceolate shape, oblique cuts on each side, ellipsoidal cross-sections, and herringbone protrusions on both surfaces, as shown in the attached illustration Fig. 1 to Fig. 8. 3. Hussar wings according to feature 1 are characterized by the fact that the stylized spatial forms set in the semi-arches differ in color, as shown in the attached illustration from fig. 1 to fig. 8. 4. Hussar wings according to feature 1 are characterized by the fact that the stylized spatial forms set in the semi-arches have a simplified shape of a bird feather, as shown in the attached illustration from fig. 1 to fig. 8.
