POJEMNI K POD ATOMIZER Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia 30 stycznia 2001 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest pojemnik pod atomizer wykonany z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego i przeznaczony zwlaszcza jako opakowanie plynnych artykulów chemii gospodarczej. Istota wzoru zdobniczego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie oraz uformowaniu powierzchni. Przedmiot wzoru zdobniczego zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym, gdzie fig.1 przedstawia pojemnik od strony szerszej plaszczyzny (strona czolowa), zas fig. 2 przedstawia pojemnik w widoku z boku. Pojemnik pod atomizer wedlug wzoru wykonany jest z przezroczystego tworzywa sztucznego. Jego plaszczyzna symetrii przechodzi przez srodek nagwintowanego otworu i przez dluzsza z osi wydluzonej podstawy majacej ksztalt owalu. W górnej czesci pojemnika na jego wezszym boku jest przewezenie z czterema wglebieniami oddzielone od reszty pojemnika dwustronnym, wygietym odsadzeniem. Przeciwlegly, wezszy bok pojemnika jest lagodnie wyokraglony na calej swej dlugosci. Najnizej usytuowane z czterech wglebien jest zarazem najplytsze. Jest to podyktowane tym, ze chwytajac pojemnik dlonia we wglebienie totrafia najmniejszy palec dloni. Kciuk usytuowany jest po przeciwleglej stronie pojemnika. Pozwala to na wygodne poslugiwanie sie pojemnikiem glównie z uwagi na pewny chwyt. Pojemnik jest estetyczny i poreczny. Pojemnik wedlug niniejszego wzoru przedstawiono na zalaczonym materiale ilustracyjnym. PL PL PLATOMIZER CONTAINER The design registration right is valid from January 30, 2001. The design is for an atomizer container made of transparent plastic, intended primarily for packaging liquid household chemicals. The essence of the design is the new form of the object, manifested in its shape and surface finish. The design is shown in the attached illustration, where Fig. 1 shows the container from a wider plane (front side), while Fig. 2 shows the container from a side view. The atomizer container, as shown in the design, is made of transparent plastic. Its plane of symmetry passes through the center of the threaded hole and through the longer axis of the elongated oval-shaped base. At the top of the container, on its narrower side, there is a narrowing with four recesses, separated from the rest of the container by a double-sided, curved offset. The opposite, narrower side of the container is gently rounded along its entire length. The lowest of the four recesses is also the shallowest. This is because when you grasp the container, your little finger hits the recess. The thumb is located on the opposite side of the container. This allows for comfortable use, primarily due to the secure grip. The container is aesthetically pleasing and handy. A container according to this pattern is shown in the attached illustration.
