PL 25000 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest opakowanie przeznaczone dla produktu leczniczego zawierajacego sunitynib jako substancje aktywna. Wzór przemyslowy ma postac podluznego kartonika w ksztalcie prostopadloscianu o wymiarach 116x70x23 mm. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie kolorystycznym umieszczonym na czterech scianach opakowania, oraz graficznym umieszczonym na frontowej scianie opakowania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest w zestawie schematycznych ilustracji przedstawiajacym odmiany tego wzoru przemyslowego, z których pierwsza dotyczy ogólnego ksztaltu opakowania, a nastepne odmiany tego opakowania w róznych kolorach, odrózniajace 3 moce produktu leczniczego. Poszczególne figury zestawu ilustracji przedstawiaja: Fig. 1 – ksztalt opakowania, bez kolorów na jego powierzchniach; Fig. 2 – opakowanie na produkt leczniczy w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach zóltym i bialym; Fig. 3 – opakowanie na produkt leczniczy w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach niebieskim i bialym; Fig. 4 – opakowanie na produkt leczniczy w rzucie izometrycznym w kolorach fioletowym i bialym. Odmiana 1. Przedmiotem tej odmiany wzoru przemyslowego jest jedynie ksztalt opakowania – powtarzajacy sie w pozostalych odmianach bez wzgledu na kolorystyke opakowania. Opakowanie na produkt leczniczy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego posiada ksztalt prostopadloscianu o wymiarach 116x70x23 mm. Na wszystkich sciankach prostopadloscianu znajduje sie margines o szerokosci 37,5 mm. Na obszarze marginesu na frontowej sciance opakowania znajduja sie dwa identyczne elementy: jeden przylegajacy krótsza czescia do górnej czesci scianki bocznej opakowania, a drugi przylegajacy krótsza czescia do dolnej czesci scianki marginesu. Elementy maja charakter schematu blokowego: tasmy ustawionej pod katem ostrym wzgledem plaszczyzny poziomej. Elementy sa delikatnie cieniowane oraz czesciowo nachodza na siebie w srodkowej czesci marginesu. Powyzsze cechy widoczne sa na fig. 1. Odmiana 2. The industrial design takes the form of an elongated cuboid cardboard box with dimensions of 116x70x23 mm. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the item, manifested in the color arrangement on the four walls of the packaging and the graphic design on the front wall of the packaging. The subject of the industrial design is shown in a set of schematic illustrations presenting variations of this industrial design, the first of which concerns the general shape of the packaging, and the next variations of the packaging in different colors, distinguishing three strengths of the medicinal product. The individual figures in the set of illustrations show: Fig. 1 – the shape of the packaging, without colors on its surfaces; Fig. 2 – the medicinal product packaging in isometric view, in yellow and white; Fig. 3 – Medicinal product packaging in an isometric view in blue and white; Fig. 4 – Medicinal product packaging in an isometric view in purple and white. Variation 1. The subject of this industrial design variation is solely the shape of the packaging – repeated in the remaining variations regardless of the packaging color. The medicinal product packaging according to the industrial design has the shape of a cuboid with dimensions of 116x70x23 mm. All walls of the cuboid have a 37.5 mm wide margin. The margin area on the front wall of the packaging contains two identical elements: one with its shorter section adjoining the upper part of the side wall of the packaging, and the other with its shorter section adjoining the lower part of the margin wall. The elements take the form of a block diagram: a ribbon positioned at an acute angle to the horizontal plane. The elements are subtly shaded and partially overlap in the central margin. These features are visible in Figure 1. Variation 2. The medicinal product packaging based on the industrial design has the same shape as the first variant, except that the margin area is yellow, while the remaining walls are white. The elements located on the margin are gray. These features are visible in Figure 2. Variation 3. The medicinal product packaging based on the industrial design has the same shape as the first variant, except that the margin area is blue, while the remaining walls are white. The elements located on the margin are gray. The above features are visible in Figure 3. Variation 4. The packaging for a medicinal product according to the industrial design has the shape of the first variant, except that the margin area is purple, while the remaining parts of all walls are white.
