Przedmiot wzoru jest pokazany na rysunku, na którym na fig. 1–8 pokazano w widoku perspek- tywicznym 8 odmian wzoru. Tacka przenosna wedlug wzoru ma ksztalt niskiego prostopadloscianu pozbawionego górnej podstawy, czyli stanowi plaskie korytko, którego boczne sciany stanowia pobocznice niskiego prosto- padloscianu. Tacka wyposazona jest w tworzace petle troczki, za które tacke sie przenosi, którymi tacke zawiesza sie na szyi i wtedy ma sie swobodne rece. Tacki wedlug wzoru wykonane sa z calkowicie biodegradowalnych materialów – tacki sa z kartonu lub tektury falistej, a troczki najlepiej, gdy sa wyko- nane z papierowego sznurka. Na tackach umieszcza sie zywnosc, napoje, sztucce, serwetki, materialy reklamowe. Odmiana 1 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 1 to plaskie korytko, do którego bocznych, krótszych scian sa przymocowane konce troczków tworzacych u góry petle, za które tacke sie przenosi lub za pomoca których tacke wiesza sie na szyi. Dlugosc troczków moze byc regulowana przez uzytkownika. Odmiana 2 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 2, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym konce troczków przymocowane sa do dna korytka. Odmiana 3 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 3, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie w narozu z jednej strony wykonany jest otwór, w którym umieszcza sie kubek z napojem. Odmiana 4 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 4, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym otwór na kubek z napojem jest wykonany w narozu po drugiej stronie dna w stosunku do odmiany 3. Odmiana 5 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 5, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie, posrodku, wykonany jest otwór na kubek z napojem. Odmiana 6 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 6, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie w narozach wykonane sa dwa otwory na kubki z napojami. Odmiana 7 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 7, to plaskie korytko jak w odmianie 1, przy czym w dnie wykonane sa trzy otwory na kubki z napojami. Odmiana 8 wzoru, pokazana na fig. 8, to plaskie korytko z trzema otworami jak w odmianie 7, przy czym w bocznych, krótszych scianach sa wykonane pólkoliste naciecia, które po wycisnieciu two- rza boczne, pólkoliste uchwyty do przenoszenia tacki. Cechy istotne wzoru to charakterystyczny ksztalt korytka przenosnej tacki i polaczonych z nim troczków. Powierzchnie korytka tacki wedlug wzoru to doskonaly nosnik na reklamy organizatorów im- prez, sponsorów, instytucji. Poniewaz przenosne tacki sa wykonane z calkowicie biodegradowalnych materialów po wykorzystaniu nadaja sie do powtórnego przetworzenia jako makulatura lub do bezpiecz- nej utylizacji. PL 25079 3 Ilustracja wzoru PL 25079 4 Departament Wydawnictw UPRP PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PL PLPL 25079 2 Description of the Industrial Design The subject of the industrial design is a portable tray for carrying food, beverages, cutlery, and napkins by participants at outdoor meetings, stand-up receptions, and similar events. The subject of the design is shown in the drawing, where Figures 1-8 show eight variants of the design in perspective view. The portable tray according to the design has the shape of a low cuboid without an upper base, i.e., it is a flat trough whose side walls are the side walls of the low cuboid. The tray is equipped with looped straps for carrying the tray, which are used to hang the tray around the neck, leaving the hands free. The trays according to the design are made of fully biodegradable materials – the trays are made of cardboard or corrugated cardboard, and the straps are preferably made of paper string. Food, beverages, cutlery, napkins, and promotional materials are placed on the trays. Design variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, is a flat tray with the ends of strings attached to the shorter side walls, creating loops at the top for carrying the tray or hanging it around the neck. The length of the strings can be adjusted by the user. Design variant 2, shown in Fig. 2, is a flat tray like design variant 1, with the ends of the strings attached to the bottom of the tray. Design variant 3, shown in Fig. 3, is a flat tray like design variant 1, with a hole in the bottom corner on one side for placing a cup of beverage. Design variant 4, shown in Fig. 4, is a flat trough as in variant 1, wherein the opening for the beverage cup is made in the corner on the opposite side of the bottom compared to variant 3. Design variant 5, shown in Fig. 5, is a flat trough as in variant 1, wherein the opening for the beverage cup is made in the center of the bottom. Design variant 6, shown in Fig. 6, is a flat trough as in variant 1, wherein the bottom has two openings for beverage cups in the corners. Design variant 7, shown in Fig. 7, is a flat trough as in variant 1, wherein the bottom has three openings for beverage cups. Variation 8 of the design, shown in Fig. 8, is a flat tray with three holes as in variation 7, with semicircular cutouts in the shorter side walls that, when pressed, create semicircular side handles for carrying the tray. The essential features of the design include the characteristic shape of the portable tray's tray and the attached straps. The tray's tray surface, as designed, is an excellent advertising medium for event organizers, sponsors, and institutions. Because the portable trays are made of completely biodegradable materials, they can be recycled as waste paper or safely disposed of after use.
