Zglaszany wzór przemyslowy spelnia wymagania obowiazujacego Rozporzadzeniem Ministra Srodowiska z dnia 29 grudnia 2016 r. w sprawie szczególowego sposobu selektywnego zbierania wybranych frakcji odpadów (Dz.U. z 2017 r. poz.19). Stanowisko to bedzie instalowane w obiektach uzytku publicznego takich jak: parki, place zabaw, stadiony, zoo i itp. Pieciokoszowe stanowisko do selektywnej segregacji odpadów z koszami o ksztalcie walców eliptycznych z centralnym pojedynczym daszkiem oslaniajacym jest nowym i uzytecznym rozwiazaniem technicznym. Dotychczas najczesciej instalowane sa pojedyncze kosze, które nie tylko nie sklaniaja, a wrecz uniemozliwiaja wlasciwe selektywne segregowanie odpadów. Rzadko spotyka sie zintegrowane trzy kosze, ale i one nie spelniaja aktualnych wymogów w zakresie wlasciwej, selektywnej segregacji odpadów przeznaczonych do recyklingu. W terenach miejskich, w parkach, na skwerach istnieje pilna potrzeba i obowiazek wynikajacy z rozporzadzenia wprowadzenia nowego estetycznego symetrycznego ukladu rozmieszczenia pieciu koszy ó ksztalcie bryl geometrycznych nazwanych walcami, których podstawa ma ksztalt figury plaskiej zwanej elipsa, rozmieszczonych w ukladzie centralnym wzgledem slupka nosnego przy zachowaniu symetrycznego polozenia centralnego pojedynczego daszka oslaniajacego nad kazdym koszem wzgledem tegoz slupka. The submitted industrial design meets the requirements of the applicable Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (Journal of Laws of 2017, item 19). This station will be installed in public facilities such as parks, playgrounds, stadiums, zoos, etc. The five-bin station for selective waste sorting, with elliptical-cylinder bins and a single central protective roof, is a new and useful technical solution. To date, single bins have been most commonly installed, which not only do not encourage proper selective waste sorting, but actually prevent it. Integrated three-bin systems are rare, and they also fail to meet current requirements for proper, selective sorting of waste intended for recycling. In urban areas, parks, and squares, there is an urgent need and obligation resulting from the regulation to introduce a new, aesthetically pleasing, symmetrical arrangement of five bins – in the shape of geometric shapes called cylinders, whose base is a flat figure called an ellipse. They are arranged centrally relative to a supporting post, while maintaining a symmetrical central position of a single protective canopy over each bin relative to the post. The industrial design is presented in three views. The essential features of the industrial design include a five-bin station for selective waste sorting with bins in the shape of elliptical cylinders and a central single protective canopy placed on the supporting post. The bin's tilting mechanism is visible beneath each bin, and the ring for the adjustment and mounting mechanism of the central protective canopy is visible above the central single canopy.
