Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac pokretla zaworu kulkowego przejawiajaca sie ksztaltem i ukladem linii, które nadaja dla pokretla oryginalny wyglad umozliwiajacy jego identyfikacje. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na rysunku-fotografii, na którym Fig. 1 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku z boku, Fig. 2 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku czolowym, Fig. 3 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku aksonometrycznym z góry, Fig. 4 przedstawia pokretlo w widoku z góry. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego ujawnionego na zalaczonym rysunku-fotografii od Fig. 1 do Fig. 4, stanowi okragly ksztalt podstawy pokretla zaworu kulkowego, zakonczony od góry wygodnym plaskim uchwytem przejawiajacym sie fantazyjnym wyprofilowaniem, jak pokazano na rysunku Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 i Fig. 4. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego pokazany na rysunku-fotografii od Fig. 1 do Fig. 4 posiada latwosc montazu do kazdego zaworu kulkowego, natomiast fantazyjny uklad linii zewnetrznych elementów pokretla nadaje temu przedmiotowi estetyczny wyglad. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a ball valve knob, manifested by the shape and arrangement of lines that give the knob an original appearance enabling its identification. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing-photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows the knob in a side view, Fig. 2 shows the knob in a front view, Fig. 3 shows the knob in an axonometric view from above, Fig. 4 shows the knob in a top view. An essential feature of the industrial design disclosed in the attached drawing-photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 is the round shape of the base of the ball valve knob, topped with a comfortable flat handle with a fanciful profiling, as shown in Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. The industrial design shown in the drawing-photographs from Fig. 1 to Fig. 4 is easy to mount to any ball valve, while the fanciful arrangement of the lines of the knob's external elements gives this design an aesthetic appearance.
