Motyw, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym moze byc stosowany w szczególnosci na odziezy, obuwiu, nakryciach glowy, dodatkach do odziezy, wyrobach galanterii skórzanej i tekstylnej, plecakach, torbach podróznych, bizu- terii, a takze na budynkach, pojazdach, w dokumentach i innych materialach biurowych, oraz materia- lach promocyjnych i reklamowych, gadzetach reklamowych, banerach reklamowych, kopertach, wizy- tówkach, a takze stronach internetowych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez strukture kompozycji tresci graficznej, uklad linii, kolorystke, ornamentacje. Wytwór nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru zostal przedstawiony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym Fig. 1 ilustruje motyw ozdobny, odmiana 1, Fig. 2 przedstawia motyw ozdobny, odmiana 2. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego nalezy zaliczyc, ze postac graficzna motywu ozdobnego odmiana 1, przedstawiona na rysunku Fig. 1 stanowia rozmieszczone na ciemnym tle, uszeregowane liniowo i ukosnie ciagi jasnych elementów graficznych, serduszek, kotwic i krzyzyków. According to the industrial design, the motif may be used in particular on clothing, footwear, headgear, clothing accessories, leather and textile goods, backpacks, travel bags, jewelry, as well as on buildings, vehicles, documents and other office supplies, as well as promotional and advertising materials, advertising gadgets, advertising banners, envelopes, business cards, and websites. The essence of the design is the new and individual form of the product, given to it by the structure of the composition of the graphic content, line layout, colors, and ornamentation. The product is suitable for multiple reproduction. The subject of the design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the ornamental motif, variant 1, and Fig. 2 shows the ornamental motif, variant 2. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design include that the graphic form of the ornamental motif, variant 1, shown in Fig. 1, consists of linear and diagonal sequences of light graphic elements: hearts, anchors, and crosses, arranged on a dark background. The ornamental motif, according to the industrial design, variant 2, shown in Fig. 2, consists of linear and diagonal sequences of dark graphic elements: hearts, anchors, and crosses on a dress, arranged on a light background.
