Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na ilustracjach, gdzie: Fig. 1 ukazuje widok perspektywiczny jednej strony nagrobka, Fig. 2 ukazuje widok perspektywiczny drugiej strony nagrobka, Fig. 3 ukazuje glowice nagrobka z krzyzem Nagrobek przedstawiony na Fig. 1–3 sklada sie z dwuelementowej glowicy (Fig. 3). Pomiedzy elementami glowicy, w ich swietle znajduje sie krzyz o podwójnym ramieniu pionowym skrzyzowanym ze wspólnym ramieniem poziomym. Elementy te sa osadzone na plycie glównej w ksztalcie krzyza egip- skiego (tau), na jego ramionach. Po bokach plyty glównej, ponizej jej poziomu znajduja sie dwie symetryczne plyty boczne. Plyty osadzone sa na ramie, która z kolei osadzona jest na prostokatnej podstawie. Prostokatna podstawa ma powierzchnie wieksza niz powierzchnia rzutu plyty glównej i plyt bocznych. Krawedzie glowicy, krzyza, plyty glównej i plyt bocznych maja fazowania o niejednolitej glebokosci. Glebokosc fazowan tworzy zaokraglenia. Ksztalt glowic wedlug ich obwodu ma uwypuklenia i wglebienia. Czola ramion pionowych krzyza sa lekko zaokraglone. Ramie poziome krzyza w miejscu laczenia z ramionami poziomymi ma zaokraglone fazowanie. Zaokraglenia ramion krzyza sprawiaja wrazenie, iz jest on lekko pochylony w kierunku osi podluznej nagrobka. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the illustrations, where: Fig. 1 shows a perspective view of one side of the tombstone, Fig. 2 shows a perspective view of the other side of the tombstone, Fig. 3 shows the head of the tombstone with a cross. The tombstone shown in Figs. 1-3 consists of a two-element head (Fig. 3). Between the head elements, within their lumen, is a cross with a double vertical arm crossed by a common horizontal arm. These elements are mounted on a main plate in the shape of an Egyptian cross (tau), on its arms. On the sides of the main plate, below its level, are two symmetrical side plates. The plates are mounted on a frame, which in turn is mounted on a rectangular base. The rectangular base has a surface area larger than the projected area of the main slab and side slabs. The edges of the capital, cross, main slab, and side slabs have chamfers of varying depths. The depth of the chamfers creates rounding. The shape of the capitals along their circumference has convexities and recesses. The faces of the vertical arms of the cross are slightly rounded. The horizontal arm of the cross has a rounded chamfer at the point of its connection with the horizontal arms. The rounding of the arms of the cross gives the impression that it is slightly tilted towards the longitudinal axis of the tombstone. Significant features of the design: ? a two-element capital containing rounded chamfers, ? a cross with a double vertical arm located in the space between the capital elements, ? a main slab in the shape of an Egyptian cross (tau), ?
