PL 25493 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pólka, umozliwiajaca odkladanie elementów o niewiel- kich gabarytach do bezposredniego jej wieszania na scianie, przeznaczonej do ekspozycji. Istota wzoru jest nowa postac wytworu, odznaczajaca sie indywidualnym charakterem, przeja- wiajacym sie w szczególnosci w nowym ksztalcie pólki, na której odkladac mozna niewielkich gabarytów przedmioty np. ceramike, ksiazki, kwiaty w zaleznosci od charakteru wnetrza, w którym sie znajduja oraz gustu uzytkownika. Pólke wedlug wzoru przedstawiono na ilustracjach, gdzie: fig. 1 przedstawia pólke w widoku z przodu, fig. 2 – pólke w pierwszym widoku z boku, fig. 3 – pólke w drugim widoku z boku, fig. 4 – pólke w widoku z dolu. Plyta ulozona pionowo ma kolor ciemnozielony. ? Plyty zblizone ksztaltem do lodygi zakonczonej listkiem maja kolor jasnozielony. ? Calosc pólki posiada teksture drewna. The essence of the design is a new form of the product, distinguished by its individual character, manifested in particular in the new shape of the shelf, on which small items such as ceramics, books, or flowers can be placed, depending on the character of the interior in which they are located and the user's taste. The shelf according to the design is shown in the illustrations, where: Fig. 1 shows the shelf from the front, Fig. 2 – the shelf from the first side view, Fig. 3 – the shelf from the second side view, Fig. 4 – the shelf from the bottom view. Essential Features of the Industrial Design The shelf based on the industrial design is characterized by the following features: ? It consists of a vertically arranged board in a shape similar to a tongue of fire, to which horizontally arranged boards are attached on two levels, shaped like a stem with a leaf at the end. ? The vertically arranged board is dark green. ? The boards shaped like a stem with a leaf at the end are light green. ? The entire shelf has a wood texture.
