Slupek ogrodzeniowy w swej górnej czesci (w zwienczeniu), ponizej daszka, posiada klosz wykonany z materialu przepuszczajacego swiatlo; korzystnie matowego, przy czym zewnetrzne scianki tego klosza sa przedluzeniem scianek ksztaltownika slupka. 2. Calkowita wysokosc klosza stanowi od 40 do 120 procent szerokosci ksztaltownika slupka (gdy ma on przekrój kwadratowy) albo szerokosci krótszego boku slupka (gdy ma on przekrój prostokatny). W materiale ilustracyjnym pokazano wysokosc klosza, która jest srednia arytmetyczna z wysokosci minimalnej i maksymalnej tego klosza. 3. Wewnatrz klosza umieszczone jest zródlo swiatla o stalym natezeniu i barwie, lub emitujace strumien swietlny o zmieniajacych sie tych parametrach. Poszczególne odmiany wzoru przemyslowego przedstawione sa, jako omówienie materialu ilustracyjnego. Numeracja figur ilustracji jest identyczna z numeracja odmian, a kolejne figury dotyczace tej samej odmiany oznaczane sa w ich numerach dodatkowo mala litera alfabetu. Odmiana 1. Zwienczenie slupka ogrodzeniowego ma klosz, którego scianki boczne na calej wysokosci tego klosza sa przedluzeniem scianek ksztaltownika slupka, a daszek ma rozmiary swej podstawy nieco wieksze od rozmiarów klosza. Górna powierzchnia daszka, ma ksztalt piramidy scietej, zewnetrzna czesc tej powierzchni jest plaska i pozioma, a z niej wystaje ostroslup sciety. Strumien swiatla wydobywa sie z wnetrza klosza przez jego scianki boczne: Odmiane 1 pokazano na ilustracji, w widoku aksonometrycznym od góry (fig. 1a), pokazano tez widok z boku (fig. 1b). Odmiana 2. The fence post is topped with a roof of a known shape at the top, which is not the subject of this design. Essential features of the industrial design. The finial of the fence post according to this industrial design is characterized by the following essential features common to all varieties of this design: 1. In its upper part (in the finial), below the roof, the fence post has a lampshade made of a material that transmits light; preferably matt, wherein the external walls of this lampshade are an extension of the walls of the post's section. 2. The total height of the lampshade is from 40 to 120 percent of the width of the post shape (if it has a square cross-section) or the width of the shorter side of the post (if it has a rectangular cross-section). The illustrative material shows the height of the lampshade, which is the arithmetic mean of the minimum and maximum height of the lampshade. 3. Inside the lampshade there is a light source with a constant intensity and color, or emitting a luminous flux with changing these parameters. Individual varieties of the industrial design are presented as a discussion of the illustrative material. The numbering of the figures in the illustrations is identical to the numbering of the varieties, and subsequent figures relating to the same variety are additionally marked in their numbers with a lower-case letter of the alphabet. Variation 1. The top of the fence post has a lampshade, the side walls of which are an extension of the walls of the post profile along the entire height of the lampshade, and the roof has the dimensions of its base slightly larger than the dimensions of the lampshade. The upper surface of the lampshade has the shape of a truncated pyramid, the external part of this surface is flat and horizontal, and a truncated pyramid protrudes from it. A stream of light emerges from the interior of the lampshade through its side walls: Variation 1 is shown in the illustration, in an axonometric view from above (fig. 1a), a side view is also shown (fig. 1b). Variation 2. The top of the fence post has a lampshade, the side walls of which are an extension of the walls of the post profile along the entire height of the lampshade, and the roof has a base size slightly larger than the dimensions of the lampshade (as in Variation 1). The upper surface of the roof is flat and horizontal. A stream of light emerges from the interior of the lampshade through its side walls. Variation 2 is shown in the illustration, in an axonometric view from above (fig. 2a), a side view is also shown (fig. 2b). Variation 3. The top of the fence post has a lampshade, the side walls of which are an extension of the walls of the post profile along the entire height of the lampshade, and the roof has a base size slightly larger than the dimensions of the lampshade (as in Variation 1). The upper surface of the roof has the shape of a low pyramid. The light beam emerges from the lampshade through its side walls. Variation 3 is shown in the illustration, in an axonometric view from above (fig. 3a), a side view is also shown (fig. 3b). Variation 4. The top of the fence post has a lampshade, the walls of which are an extension of the walls of the post profile, and in the upper part the lampshade has a horizontal surface located under the roof, the external dimensions of which are similar to the dimensions of the base of the lampshade, protruding clearly beyond the dimensions of the post profile. The upper surface of the canopy has the shape of a truncated pyramid (as in variant 1), it can also have the shape of the canopies from variants 2 and 3. The stream of light emerges from the interior of the shade through its side walls and additionally down through the horizontal surface of the shade located under the canopy, which illuminates the surface of the post located below the shade. Variation 4 is shown in the illustration, in axonometric views from below (fig. 4a) and from above (fig. 4b), there is also a side view (fig. 4c).
